Summertowne Cottages Next to Pier Park, Ocean Views w/ Pool!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was there for Thunder Beach fall rally. Everything was going great till we came in late one night to no a/c. So it was OK sleeping with the ceiling fans on. In the morning I made a call and spoke to Kelly. Within 1 hour someone came check it out to find out the thermostat was not working. He changed it out. Nice cold air. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was very clean and was close to Pier Park. Property manager communicated well. Only issues were that internet was off more than on. Apparently this is an ongoing issue. I needed the internet for my job and the lack of ability to get online caused issues. I reported the lack of internet to the manager (which they already knew about) and they said was up to owner to correct but nothing manager could do. The master tub drain did not drain properly.

Perfect placement for access to the beach, and the pool in the community makes it really nice for kids who just want to do something different than the beach. We have rented a number of homes in this community and this one was one of the nicest.

The proximity to the beach is unbeatable and really the largest selling point when determining to stay here. The rental itself was clean and had everything that we needed. The proximity to the pool was also great, just steps out the back door. If I had to be a critic, I would say the place could definitely use new pillows, but thats just a minor thing. I think what we paid for our week long stay was reasonable; however, for the size of the place, I wouldn't have paid anymore, especially in August. I will definitely look into staying here again!

Great location! The public beach across the street was never busy. Only complaint is that the cottage was smoking hot when we arrived and it took an entire day for it to cool down.

Never had to get in the car. Fast, easy walk to the beach and pier. House was perfect for our family of 4.

Great location and beach access, had a great stay

I stay at this place every summer. It’s my favorite spot in Panama City Beach. This place is so clean., the people are beyond friendly if there’s anything to go wrong, they’re just a phone call away and are eager to help resolve any issue. My only issue is having to leave. ** SUPER CLEAN**

We had a great stay! The house is in a great location. It’s within walking distance to Pier Park and across the street from public beach access. The house was clean. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning from the balcony, watching the ocean. The road in front of the house is busy! During the day it’s not an issue, but it is loud until around 11pm. Great if you want to be in the action, not so great if you want to sleep.

Our family has been staying at “the yellow house” (name given by oldest grand girl) for many years! It truly feels like a second home to us. The booking process, the property, location, beach access, the privacy on the beach is all wonderful! So many memories have been made in PCB and most of them include “the yellow house”. House was clean. Staff was nice and friendly. Electronics were up to date with smart tvs. Appliances were clean. Beds were nice. Was just perfect overall cant go wrong with this one.
