Summer Special! Private Pool/Spa!

Property was exactly as advertised. A lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with the master suite on one side of the home and the other 2 bedrooms and bath on the other. It had a very nice but simple in ground pool with attached hot tub. Plenty of outdoor seating and other amenities included a fire pit, corn hole, ping pong table in the garage, inflatables for the pool, games, and more. Even had a nice laundry room with good size washer and dryer. All bathrooms equipped with hair dryers, and appliances are up to date and oven even has an air fryer.Would definitely recommend.

Very nice, clean and quiet place to stay. Host checked in to make sure everything was ok. Definitely would recommend staying here again!

This was the perfect place for our family to call home for our week in Phoenix. The house is very clean and well-maintained. Jan is a fantastic host and extremely responsive, when needed. The pool/hot tub provided fun and relaxation all week. Thank you for a great week!

We loved our time here! The house was clean and comfortable. The kids played ping pong constantly and had a blast in the pool. The host communicated often to check in and make sure everything was good. Quiet neighborhood and easy to get to things we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again :)

Great location, beautiful, clean home, loved the pool and spa. Plenty of amenities and supplies to make the stay very comfortable. Kids enjoyed the TVs in their rooms. Especially appreciated the gallon of water in the fridge.

We enjoyed this home very much. Worked well for all six of us, including a two year old! The fence between the house and pool made us rest easy knowing she was safe! I would have given this a five star if the pool would have been heated. It was 58 degrees! The hot tub was great, so at least the kids got to use that. We chose the house because it had a pool and were disappointed that it was too cold to use. This should be disclosed. Otherwise the house was great. Well appointed with the essentials. The host was kind enough to allow us to check in early since the house was ready, which was so helpful! We would recommend this home if you don’t mind a cold pool!

We used the hot tub every day. The house was spotless. The owner responded quickly. Very quiet neighborhood, close to any stores that we needed. I also used the Jacuzzi bathtub after walking at the zoo, it was great. The house has all the supplies we needed to cook. I'm only 4ft10, so a little step stool would have been nice.

We did not use the pool. Our family kept us busy busy and a cold front came through but it looked gorgeous! Can’t wait to come back and use it!

Owners have everything you need for a perfectly relaxing stay. Clean and well maintained. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. Convenient to major highways and shopping.

Great location close to restaurants, shopping and the venue for the LPGA (Wild Horse Pass) Which is the reason we went to AZ. Propery was clean, house was clean and pool was easy to figure out. Plenty of room for everyone. We didn't feel like we were walking all over each other. Janet was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly. We would defently go back.

Home was perfect for a quick golf trip that my son and I took. Home was clean, conveniently located near the main streets in Chandler, and host was great! Would stay there again.

The house was perfect for our mixed age group of 7 people. The location was good, close to shopping, Starbucks, grocery stores. We go to Arizona every year and we hope this property will be available for the dates we need in January 2026. The host was also super responsive. Thank you!!

Wanted a private get away for our anniversary. House was clean very well taken care of. Neighborhood was very quit and close to some great restaurants. We would stay here again with out question.

The home is clean, updated, and well decorated. We very much enjoyed having the hot tub in addition to the pool as well as the fire pit. Beds were comfortable! Host was always responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend this property.
