We both commented that we’ve never stayed at a cleaner house - and on the beach! Seems like a miracle, but the place was immaculate. Great location, the beach supply closet was so fun for the kids and meant that we had so much less to pack and bring with us! Peaceful mornings on both decks, a wonderful time overall. We were so sad to leave!

Wonderful!!! We took our 3 kids and their families. The house was very roomy, clean and comfortable for all. Steps from the beach was just amazing. Highly highly recommend. We are already making plans to return, summer 2026.

It's rare that something is better in reality than what is advertised. But that's exactly what this property is in all ways. Whatever your opinion is of the photos and descriptions, the realty is even better. Perfectly located between Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, you're close to everything the area has to offer.

Stayed here before in 2017. Everything was as good as before.

House was perfect for 9 of us (5 adults and 4 kids). Lots of beach toys and amenities.

My sister and i rented both spots for our brother wedding that was at Gulf Shores. Very nice place absolutely no complaints TY so much for opening up your home for our experience and priceless memories.

The house was perfectly furnished with everything we needed. It was clean and is located in a great location to get to restaurants and stores. The house is conveniently close to the beach. Great trip!

Great kids and family house just a stumble over the dune from the beach. Plenty of room for the nine we had. Like most of these kinds of rentals there is a sofa bed but that would start to make it really tight. Decent size table and bar gives enough seats for the group at mealtime. Kitchen is well equipped enough to do most things but if you have a specific requirement just bring it. For us that is a basic citrus juicer for making decent margaritas! Always part of the travel kit. Lots of stairs on the property so keep that in mind for those with mobility challenges. Kids had a blast and the provision of significant beach gear is a huge plus. The 5 pm/9 am check in/out was the only thing I’d change really. That timing means after dark arrival in the winter and the short morning at the end makes for a bit of a rush. Overall though highly recommend for a beach getaway.

The Sandbox is a great place for friends or family to get away and enjoy being on the ocean. The house is clean and exactly what is shown. Bedrooms are large and decorated beautifully. We all had a blast and would love to come back!

Perfect location on the beach. House was very clean and smelled fresh and inviting. Kitchen well stocked with everything my family needed. Beach chairs were a big plus too. I recommend bringing beach umbrella’s so you can sit next to the water. Would stay here again for sure. Excellent property to stay at.

Our family of 9 had an awesome vacation in Orange Beach at this house. This house is very clean and is exceptionally nice! It was easy to communicate with the owners. The decks were great for those wanting some shade. The ocean proximity was perfect. A pool was perfect for our grandchildren. We will be back!
