Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time on Pensacola Beach this year. The house was nice, nicely stocked with quality utensils, which I love in the kitchen. The bathroom situation is weird and I think it should’ve been called out more in the description as if that would have been the heat of summer or extreme weather. The walking outdoors to go to a bathroom would be very very very inconvenient. However, take away that house is in a great location, right near the walk, waiting on the beach and we were lucky to see the blue angels on our last day there with their two fly eyes. I would definitely stay at this house again. Note that the Internet was awful! If other factors of the house weren’t good this really would’ve affected the rating. Other places I rented have always specify. The owners needed to have a certain level of Internet service and cable, and this property lacked severely. So please talk with the owner because you would be very disappointed at watching any TV at night in the various rooms due to the terrible Internet service. A phone call to the property management company would not have helped the situation. Most importantly, the house was clean and didn’t have any issues.

Minutes from so many wonderful restaurants . The home has wonderful a c for the summer and great heat for the winter vacations . We are an older couple and love the spread out one story Feel with all the patio options front back , top and private bedroom patio. to sit outside . Another balcony outside had stairs up high is just a wonderful and breathtaking Feel and view to relax and enjoy your stay even more . Just love the dog fence , since we are a pet owner , he is old and doesn’t do stairs , the outback restroom is ideal for him . The home is very clean and beautifully kept . Such a great home For sitting outdoors , beach feel peace and quiet , not to breezy like the gulf front , heavenly. would love to see the back patio mini cover have a Solid top material for shade to keep sun and heat down , to sit outside longer in comfy patio sectional , but during day we would sit up front and alternate . Back yard is a paradise ! When you run out of places to go , this home is just the place for take out and drink enjoyment ! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My son reported that the Queen bed was not the most comfortable, but no other complaints. The location of this house is excellent if you want to be close to the water, but a little farther away from the crowds. As always, booking directly through Paradise Beach Homes is the best! I appreciate that there are no excessive fees or complicated checkout instructions. If you bring a dog, be advised that the entry gate is very short with wide gaps. A small dog or a good jumper could probably escape.

Our favorite was the shaded patio where my granddaughter played in the sand to her hearts content. The beach was just steps away.
