Lovely time at a cozy home close to everything in Vegas. Plenty of space for our family of four and a great sanctuary after Vegas activities. Owners were responsive and kind.

Everything was excellent and the outside/pool area was perfect. Loved the location, near the airport a d close to the Strip. Came into town for the Eagles Concert at the Sphere and staying here at a stand alone home, was way better than staying at one of tbe Hotels on the Strip. Wr will definitely recommend to friends who are looking to vacation in Las Vegas.

Great location - close to airport but not close enough to hear aircraft. Also, close to the strip, but not too close. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Well appointed home. Enjoyed the pool and comfortable feel of the house - a home away from! Highly recommended!

I stayed here with a group of friends. The house was perfect! Very well stocked, clean, and a great neighborhood. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay. The pictures don’t do it justice.

Property is exactly as described. The house has everything you need for your perfect stay. It is spacious yet cozy, but the pool was the real highlight for us. We swam for 2 days, couldn't have been more perfect. We cooked all our meals at the house; they have everything you need including spices which was great. Communication was fantastic, would totally stay there again, and the neighborhood is very, very quiet! It was perfect! Loved every minute of it!!

We spent four nights with our 21 year old son, his girlfriend and our 18 year old daughter. Wanted to show them Vegas and do some sightseeing! The house was perfect. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was so nice to have toilet paper, soap and laundry detergent provided! So so appreciated for a short stay. We never did figure out the coffee pot or the master bedroom ceiling fan. Our one complaint is the cost of getting an Uber to the strip! But this was something we should have researched more obviously. Thank you for letting us stay! Would definitely stay again.

I came to Las Vegas with my family for a bingo tournament and this home was a gem! It was exactly what we were looking for in a rental - clean, cozy, quiet, homey, and well appointed. We will absolutely stay again and highly recommend.

This property has a great location. Close to shopping, restaurant, and downtown fun. But a very quiet safe neighborhood. Very comfortable living space with a great back yard. Great family vacation spot

I travel A LOT and stay in many vacation rental properties... I have NEVER had one this memorable where finally the house not only met standards but over exceeded them. The location is excellent and the neighborhood was very safe and comforting. It was nice just to be able to go for a morning walk in comfort. I used to live in Vegas and know the difficulty in finding single story homes and then to find a rental on top of that is a real gem. The house is laid out well, very clean and for me personally, I do not eat out and need a very well stocked kitchen with good appliances and this home exceeded that expectation. The master bed was comfortable and the room sizes were all good. The bathrooms were very large and clean and there zero complaints, which is just not something i have encountered. You are so close to the airport and car rental but still close to so many things as well. I had an event at the Venetian and it was so easy to get there and back. The pool and backyard were beautiful and it was so nice to have a garage to park in. Lastly and so important, the owners were great at communication, and very very kind! I will 100% be staying here every time I am in vegas.. I would give them 100 stars if i could!

This house was the perfect place for our Vegas weekend! Close to everything, quiet neighborhood, beautiful yard and pool- we couldn’t have asked for better. Very clean, and very comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to cook whatever your stomach and heart desires. We loved being able to BBQ and make all the side dishes in this kitchen. We give this place 5 ⭐️

We had a lovely time at this location, lounging around the pool and dining al fresco. The hosts were very helpful and communicative. The property is close to grocery stores and the Town Square for restaurants and shopping.

First lets talk about the super quite neighborhood, its perfect because it was so close the strip. The home was super clean and there was tons of space for 5 people. The host was super responsive if you have any questions. We are super excited to stay there next time.

My husband and I met my parents and brother in LV for a football game at Allegiant. This house is centrally located and has ample room for several adult family members to coexist comfortably. The pool is pristine and the patio is perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped, which made it easy to have meals at the house. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here! The house is spacious and so clean! All the amenities were well labeled with easy to follow instructions. We felt at home right way and loved the privacy and it’s only a short cab drive away from The Strip! And the pool is just wonderful! We will definitely be back.
