Summer home in Harwich: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a 20x20 deck to enjoy!

Functional even for my 86 year old mother

We had a great stay at the Summer home in Harwich. The location was in a very nice area of pretty Cape Cod style homes. The home was spacious with nice size bedrooms, newer mattresses that were very comfortable, a master bath shower with really good water pressure, and a play area in finished part of basement great for kids or those needing a 2nd TV watching area. The host was very responsive and most important to me, the entry system worked with no problem. We had a short stay, so didn't make it to the water area with the kayak. We would stay again as it worked out perfectly for my family.

This is our family's 5 time in Cape Cod. Home is in a wonderful location and access to the lake is a bonus. Robin was wonderful to deal with - very accessible and quick to respond to issues. Will definitely be back!

We had the best week staying at this property! The home is spacious and comfortable. The backyard is a relaxing oasis where we could enjoy a cup of coffee each morning, a nice evening glass of wine, a fun cookout dinner, and a nightly bonfire! The location is ideal for accessing Harwich Port, Chatham, Dennis, and beyond. We're normally ocean goers, but Bucks Pond was SO peaceful and beautiful that we ended up there everyday. Not too bad to walk, but also very easy to drive and park. We never had an issue parking. The Pop-O-Shot game in the lower level was an added bonus! The kitchen was well-equipped for any meal prep. Robyn, the host was wonderful with communication! We had the best time and can't wait to return! Thank you!

The house was well appointed and very comfortable. The updates were done nicely and the home is quite comfortable.

A nice, clean beach house an 8-minute drive to Nantucket Sound beaches in Chatham/Harwich or a 3-minute walk from a beautiful pond. The house is great, with a large patio for grilling or hanging out after a day at the beach, and a basement playroom with a basketball shooter game. The host was very responsive and accommodating; we really had a great experience all around!

This property is centrally located near Harwich, Harwich Port, and Chatham. The house was clean, and the downstairs playroom for children is nice if you are traveling with kids. Robyn, the host, was very responsive and easy to work with. Overall, a great stay!
