Summer Fun in OBX!

We had the best time! This house was absolutely perfect! There was so much Spencer! It is also in such a convenient location. Every place we went was no more than 10 minutes away. Everything was clean and organized! The pool was the cherry on top! We couldn’t have asked for a better vacay home! Will definitely be back next summer!

The Saltwater Sanctuary is a lovely, well-appointed and very clean house just a 5 minute walk from the beach and near so many attractions and restaurants in the area. The proprietress made everything very easy and convenient from check-in to departure. We had a great time, and my family and I loved our stay there.

My wife and I stayed at this house for a week in late July with our two young kids and we loved the house. The pool was delightful, the house had all the usual necessities, the house was clean and comfortable and in good repair. The underwater pool light bezel had come loose prior to our stay, after a quick text to the owners, the issue was repaired by the following morning. The house is close enough to walk to the beach or the Surfin' Spoon and a couple other nearby businesses. The closest public beach access is fine and was not overly crowded, the only very minor complaint is that its somewhat close to the main road but the road noise was minimal and did not bother us at all.The house has a small storage shed with beach toys, a rather weathered beach cart, some umbrellas(we did not use any of these, condition unknown) and various other outdoor knickknacks and a couple broken boogie boards(recommend bringing your own like we did). We've already booked the house for another week next year.

We've stayed here several times and always have a good vacation here. Very clean, very comfortable, very well equipped.

My family stayed at this property for the 4th of July this year and had an amazing time! Best property we have stayed at ever! So much was included with the house; pool, beach gear, stocked kitchen for cooking (minus the food), games, and a great location for everything!! My kids loved being able to walk to the beach and we all loved the fireworks at the beach. And the host was very easy to connect with! Highly recommend staying here!!

We loved our stay at Saltwater Sanctuary! Just a quick walk to the beach and they had all the essentials for a great beach day there too. They had a book of personal recommendations of things to do, which made planning so easy! The property is clean and well maintained and the host was available for any questions. Very nice beach house!! Well appointed. Many extra amenities that are often overlooked at other rentals. Home owner was quick to respond to any communication. Would highly recommend if visiting Nags Head!

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and well-maintained. It's in a great location, just a short bike ride to the beach—we rode the provided bikes several days and really enjoyed it. The home is also very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Highly recommend!

Our stay was fabulous. The host was available and friendly and the property was immaculate. The kitchen had everything needed and a dream to cook in. The area was beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

My two friends and I were very impressed with this home. It is clean, comfortable, well equipped and beautifully decorated. Since the weather wasn’t great that weekend we spent more time than usual sitting on the front porch and by the pool. Would definitely return to this home and the gracious hosts.

The house was amazing! This trip was for my 50th birthday with the girls! Everything was fantastic. Danielle is an amazing host and just literally a phone call away. I think we’re going to return as soon as possible The pool allows a wonderful day in and the closeness to the beach allows for a day out. It was one of the most peaceful and relaxing vacations we’ve had.

We had a great stay at the Saltwater Sanctuary. Dani was tremendous to work with and answered any questions we had before check-in. She was also very responsive during our stay. The house location is perfect as you are in walking distance to the beach and a short drive to grocery stores/restaurants. While the week wasn't that conducive to beach days, we made the most of it by spending the mornings at the shore and then the afternoons in the pool and hot tub. The house was great. It looked to be very updated. The decor made you feel like you were on vacation in a tropical paradise. The kitchen amenities (pots/pans, spices, plates, glass cups, plastic cups, etc.) were easy to find and made cooking at home very easy. We used all of the entertainment choices provided...both in the downstairs game room and cornhole outdoors. We will definitely return to this location the next time we are visiting OBX.

The house is beautiful and was a great size for our family of six. Very clean and cozy. It had everything we needed and then some. Communication with the owners was great. Great location to food, the beach, and activities. We would absolutely stay again!

Third time staying on this property. This in itself says a lot. It's just perfect for our family to enjoy good times together at the OBX. We loved the pool and the spa tub. House has plenty of everything you need, close to the beach and Jockey's Ridge.

Our stay was perfect for a girls getaway. The house was very clean, had all the beach and pool amenities needed, and communicated quickly any questions we had. The beach was walkable and it was a quiet street. This is an excellent choice for any family or group.
