OTHER DETAILS:

→ POND - The pond is not for swimming or fishing. Wildlife has been seen. Small children and pets should be supervised always.

→ COMMUNITY POOL - Please enjoy the community pool! There will be a key pod left in the house for guests to access the pool area. Please note: the pool is not heated. There is no lifeguard on duty, so please swim at your own risk.

→ QUIET HOURS - The neighborhood quiet hours 8pm - 8am out of respect for neighbors not on vacation.

→ AMENITY SUPPLIES - We furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize. If more supplies are needed, there are several grocery stores nearby like Walmart and Publix to purchase additional items. Supplies Include: Dishwasher pods, dish soap, hand soap in each bathroom, laundry pods, trash bags, and paper towel. Each bathroom has amenities including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in dispensers. Two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided. We also provide a few starter coffee pods for the Nespresso machine, coffee grounds, coffee filters, creamer and sugar.

→ TOWELS - We provide 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per guest, along with 1 hand towel for each bathroom and a kitchen towel per stay.

→ SECURITY CAMERA - For your safety and awareness, there are 2 exterior security cameras located at the front of the home. These are strictly used for security purposes only.

→ AGREEMENT - After booking, guests will be asked to complete a short rental agreement for their stay. This is required by the HOA to help monitor and manage community visitors.

→ SPECIAL EVENT - Celebrating a special event during your stay...bachelorette party, birthday party, proposal, etc. We have partnered with a few local vendors to offer you services at discounted rates. Upon booking, let us know what you are celebrating and looking for and we will connect you!
