What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.
What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
Peace of Mind: This property is safe, sanitized, and ready for you! Rest assured guest's health and safety is our top priority. We use commercial grade sanitation products and change out quilts and shams in between each stay so you can enjoy your vacation without any worries.

The primary guest booking is required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement. Renter must be 25 or older, present at check-in, and staying in the unit. No refunds for reservations made under false pretenses.

    pet and family friendly, very close to the beach, within walking distance, which was great for walking along the shore at night. Quiet area at night, nice porch for family chats or taking a nap. Unfortunately, there isn't a grill available, which was a little disappointing since it was listed in the property amenities, and we brought food items to grill for a nice dinner. It was still a great Labor Day getaway and will always be grateful for the stay

    Check in process was easy. The owners kept in contact and averted any questions I had. Rooms were nice and clean very spacious. Absolutely loved it here!

    The house is very roomy. Very nice decks , parking is under house which is nice. Beach access is not as close as anticipated . Launch for paddle board or kayak to access little lagoon was nice. We enjoyed the pool, the chiller was very nice.
