Stayed Dec 20, 2025Great location.Good size house for family and friends. The main couch could use a deep cleaning as it is very stained.

Stayed Apr 7, 2025Overall, the stay was very nice. We had some light bulbs not working on the top floor, but that was rectified immediately.The 1 drawback was that the fridge did not dispense water and the freezer's ice making machine didn't work. This was reported to the managing agent on day 2 of our 18 day stay, but no rectification was done over the remaining 17 days, despite multiple reminders.

Stayed Oct 8, 2024We were very happy to have a safe place to evacuate to from the hurricane, however the homes pictures and description does not match the current condition of the home. Kitchen is lacking in every area. Couches are very dirty and need at the very least cleaning The carpet threshold is missing a cover so there are exposed nails. A better explanation of trash pick up is highly recommended as well.

Stayed Sep 21, 2024Property was clean. Some wear and tear but overall great. Issues were addressed immediately by text. Miss the shuttle service to the clubhouse - luckily we were only a short walk. Railing needs to be fixed. Carpet edges were also sharp - walking into bathroom in barefeet you could feel the carpet nails.

Stayed Aug 29, 2024We are from the East Coast of Florida. The home is in a wonderful neighborhood with a Private Pool. You are also allowed to use the Clubhouse facilities which has a nice restaurant with 2 bars and a very nice pool and lazy river. This is a wonderful place for kids which we were all adults and enjoyed the bars and restaurant. The home came without a grill so I brought my own. When we arrived there was a gas grill without a tank and a charcoal grill. Who ever was there prior used the charcoal grill and dumped the coals on the ground and it was never cleaned up. We were 5 adults and enjoyed our stay very much. We would rent again for sure.

Stayed Jul 5, 2024House is large and spacious but shows a lot wear and tear. The positives: plenty of bright open spaces for a family to enjoy conversation, games and meals. Pool is clean and outdoor area has lovely seating. The negatives: Parties surrounded us outside, subjecting us to loud noises, profanity and inappropriate behaviors until past 1am. This is not something the owner can control, but something to be aware of when planning. Broken TVs, broken fans, stained couch, etc. all need attention. For the price it’s a good find, but be prepared for outside noise and to not have everything working.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024Great house. A/c worked great. Clean and updated. Comfortable beds and a great pool area to chillax in. The only 2 things that i suggest is replacing the carpet. Its very worn and actually had a few nails sticking up around thresholds. Also put up privacy plexiglass on sides of screened pool area.

Stayed Jun 9, 2024The house was in a nice location. Clean and well maintained. Supermarket and many other eating places were within 5 miles. We had Chinese food and it was good. It had various access points to go in and out of the community. My family enjoy the pool and the house. There were 8 of us total and a pet. There is also a community pool a couple of blocks away. We didn’t take advantage of it this time. The host was very informative and responded quickly to my questions. Overall we had a really good time and a very nice experience.

Stayed May 10, 2024My biggest complaint would be some safety issues. The bailing on the steps was broken in two different spots, making this extremely dangerous for the two toddlers that we had. I was also very disappointed with the supplies that was left in the home. You have a large enough home to accommodate 12 to 15 people however you have the smallest pots and pans and not enough silverware for 12 to 15 we had to go next-door and borrow large pots and pans and even a can opener. I had asked prior to our stay about the pack and play however, when we got there, it was also broken and we had to purchase a new one for our trip. On the last day, we had put our trash outside and because there’s so many people and only one can you have to set bags outside with no can because you only provide one can. Again for 12 to 15 people! The carpet on the steps was nasty dirty, and the furniture did not appear very clean either. With all this being said, we did enjoy the property. It just needs a few Updates and repairs to accommodate the amount of guest that can stay. Highly highly highly recommend for you to fix the railing on the stairs!!!!
