The Layout
Upstairs (main gathering level)

Upstairs is where everyone naturally lands: a spacious great room with cozy furnishings and a wood fireplace, plus an open layout that keeps the cook part of the conversation. The newly remodeled kitchen is ready for family breakfasts and post-adventure dinners, and there’s a convenient half bath on this level.

Also upstairs is the main-level King suite — a comfortable retreat with a Smart TV and workstation. The updated ensuite bathroom features an oversized shower with two showerheads, a guest favorite after a long day outside.

Step out to the upper deck for coffee in the pines, grilling, or winding down at sunset in the private hot tub.

Downstairs (quiet sleeping level)

Downstairs you’ll find three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms—ideal for kids, couples, and multi-family groups:
Bedroom 1: King bedroom with Smart TV + Jack-n-Jill bath (shower/tub combo)
Bedroom 2: Queen bedroom with a full futon + TV, connected to the Jack-n-Jill bath

Sunriver Fun, All Seasons

Hop on one of the 5 adult bikes and explore Sunriver’s miles of paved paths, or stay in and challenge the crew to ping pong, cornhole, or a round of oversized Connect Four.

Fort Rock Park, horseback riding, and lazy summer floats are all close by. Fishing enthusiasts will love the convenience of nearby Fall River and Crane Prairie Reservoir. In winter, snowshoe the fairways or make a day trip to Mt. Bachelor (about 22 miles) for world-class skiing and riding.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
