Sum Beach’n Ocean Lakes, 5 Bdr 4.5 Ba

We arrived to check in at the check in time of 3pm after a long road trip and Ocean Lakes front desk said we were not listed for that property that we had booked.The front desk Clerk was very rude and after I showed her my booking number and house details she said we are not listed for that property, and we would have to sort it out with Vrbo. After a big headache and an hour of our vacation wasted the lovely Vrbo customer service agent managed to get a hold of the property manager who then listed us so we could finally go to the house we had rented! At first I thought we had been scammed so it was not a great experience as you can imagine.The house was very nice and clean but the property manager was not good at all. Also no clear instruction on Wifi and no one available to contact.Would not use them again.

The home was perfect to share with my neice and her family. The house was well stocked with pently of room. We enjoyed being walking distance to the beach and pools. Plus, the outdoor living spaces were fabulous for quite mornings and fun family dinners.

This property was exactly what we needed. The host was so helpful and responsive to every questions - even when we ran into a hiccup right when we started our stay. The house was so clean and just wanted we needed for our trip. We hope to be back next year!

Our softball team came down to Myrtle Beach for a softball tournament this weekend. The property manager was super communicative and informative. The house was extremely nice, updated, and clean. The location was close to the fields and an easy drive to the Myrtle Beach strip. Our team thoroughly enjoyed this trip and will definitely be booking it again for next years trip.

Place was great and just what we were looking for. Small hiccup upon arrival but a great experience nonetheless.

Stayed for a long weekend to celebrate family birthdays. The house was perfect for our kids/grandkids. Very clean and well equipped

This property is great ! We were very happy with the house , it was very clean. The property manager was great with communicating with me about anything . My family would love to rent next year as well. We did opt for the linen package and it was good . We brought a few extra beach towels with us because the package only included three.

I really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful home the only thing that disappointed me was the fact that there where no sheets on any of the beds i felt that was crazy. However this homevhad everything else literally. It was fun for my whole family an the community is just a plus to the whole experience. We definitely will book again

The house was great! It was very clean and smelled clean when we arrived. The rooms and bathrooms were very nice. We are picky about the mattresses and they were great as well. We would definitely stay here again. Plenty of parking under the house and just around the corner to the beach.

Me and family stayed during thanksgiving. We had enough room for everyone to be comfortable amongst each other . The house was very clean inside and outside . I also love how the campground area was clean and everyone within ocean lakes was nice too. I will definitely book again !
