Sullivan's Island Oceanfront Home with Pool. Summer Friday-Friday

Everything about the house was great. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out on a family trip, and the views are incredible. Host was responsive and helpful, and recommended some local events going on!

Beautiful home just steps away from the beach. Close to downtown. Safe. Spacious for large families. Open concept. Kids play area. Pool. Screened in porches. Spiral staircase to a cozy book room. Responsive and helpful owner. Highly recommend this property!

Very nice property. We had a great time.

Accommodations were perfect for our extended family. My daughter used a power wheelchair and was able to access all areas of the home and property with the elevator. Everything was beautifully appointed and maintained. We had a lovely, relaxing week. Absolutely no problems.

We had 10 women celebrating over 50 years of friendship as we all turn 70. This beach house was perfect for our girls trip to Charleston. The house is beautiful and well appointed, especially the kitchen. We didn’t cook there but we certainly could have. We loved having 4 King beds since we have several tall women in our group. It was so great being right on the ocean, for the view and easy beach access. We had two cars and loved having such a wide driveway for parking. Driving to downtown Charleston, Mt. Pleasant and Isle of Palms was convenient. We would stay there again.

We loved the many spaces to congregate! Pool area was lovely and the kitchen had everything! The beach was lovely and the many walking opportunities were enjoyed, too.

The house is beautiful. So well equipped it was a treat to open a drawer! The kitchen is beyond great. We had a chef one night come to prepare for a dinner party and she gave it 5. The beds are really comfortable and watching the tankers come into Charleston harbor was great entertainment. The pool is beautiful even in the winter. I highly recommend this wonderful rental!

Place was great! Perfect location - easy access to beach and could bike to restaurants. Pool was excellent - Kids even swam on New Year’s Day.

The property was a spectacular venue for a gathering of our family to celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary. The house provided a wonderful space for our group of 11, which included our daughters, sons-in-law, and grandchildren, and the location was perfect. In addition, the property manager was very helpful and responsive.

What a wonderful stay we had at Ship Watch. Property manager, Lisa, was an absolute dream to work with. We had a group of very picky 50 something well traveled women and EVERYONE was thrilled with every aspect of the house- not to mention the fabulous location. The pool was divine and we will definitely be back- hopefully in the summer! ( or late Soring which feels like Summer in Charleston). If you have young kids this place would be awesome as there is a playroom and all sorts of fun floats and wagons in the pool closet. Run- Don’t walk to book this incredible home!

8 family members 60+ enjoyed 5 nights at this nice home. Cooked in 2 nights; the kitchen is well stocked (although there were no steak knives and we only had 2 dish towels). Walked to local restaurants the other nights (nice variety of options). Did some biking around the island and enjoyed long walks on the beach. Family did wish there was an outside tv to watch some football, but in all everyone had a great time!

If you're not familiar with the low country, which we weren't, it's amazing! Flat, wide beaches. Very un-crowded, peaceful water (felt like a lake some days), and the ships leaving the port are incredible to watch! (Hence the property's apt name, Shipwatch!) Get the app that tells you where they are from and where they're going! The house was the perfect amount of cozy and spacious, with plenty of room for all 12 of us (8 adults 4 kids), plus having local family over for dinner or to hang at the pool. The beach is essentially at your door, and the views from the property are serene. Any minor issues or questions we had were addressed immediately by the host. Apparently it is very rare to find vacation rentals on Sullivan's Island, so enjoy it while they still allow it, I suppose!

This home was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 children. It was well stocked with every possible convenience. The pool was well used especially by our grandchildren. Sullivan’s Island beach was just lovely and almost deserted during weekdays. Lisa was very responsive to any questions and was a pleasure to meet. Highly recommended vacation home.
