There are 4 Primary Suites, all with King beds and spacious luxury bathrooms. The Bunk Room has 6 twin beds with its own attached huge bathroom. The house is a 3-story with elevator.

The huge Kitchen/Great Room on the third floor opens to a large back deck overlooking the pool and Grayton. The deck has an outdoor kitchen and spiral stairs leading toa fourth level deck for even more spectacular views of Grayton, the water, and the state park.

The Kitchen has top of the line Viking appliances including an oversized fridge and 8-burner range. There is also a full-size wine/beverage cooler, ice maker, and 2 dishwashers. Ceiling speakers on the third floor are powered by Sonos for easy music streaming.

The first floor features a big screened-in back porch near the pool with its own outdoor kitchen, TV, and a square table for the Mahjong players! The heated Pool has in-water bench seating, and lighting, for perfect relaxation into the evenings.

Fiber internet & WiFi. There is a second ice maker in the garage for packing your cooler. This house is in pristine condition, and never offered for rent before this listing. This is an owner-managed property. Guests can call or text Ben, the managing owner, directly with any issues or questions.

Guests will receive a code for a 10% discount on golf cart and/or bike rentals from Shoreline Beach Service. They will deliver to the house and pick up at the end of your stay. We have nice beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage for guest use. There should also be a soft backpack cooler. The ice maker in the garage is handy! There is a hose at the front of the garage for rinsing sand after the beach.
