Our 1 bedroom 1 bathroom guesthouse is fenced in our backyard & there is a dedicated parking space on the right side of the driveway. Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen with new Samsung appliances, full size washer & dryer, a comfortable Queen size bed, en suite bathroom, Roku TVs, fast internet. I love the atmosphere in my neighborhood; you will find local & specialty stores (bakeries, vintage clothes, vinyl records, breweries), mix of cultures, the architectural style of the old city and a central location.

The guesthouse is 484 sq ft. It is equipped with a full size fridge, dishwasher, oven/range, microwave & washer/dryer. You will find powdered laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher gel packs, sponges, dish drying rack, fire extinguisher and trash can under the kitchen sink. The living room has a 40 Roku TV and the bedroom has a 32 Roku TV. Additional linens are in the bedroom closet. BBQ grill available on the front porch. Enjoy the weather relaxing on the 184 sq ft front porch which includes 2 chairs and a small table.
