Stayed Oct 23, 2025Stayed here for a long weekend with family. The home was thoughtfully equipped with everything we might need. All the rooms were clean, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Our host, Matt, was great and kept us updated as needed. Would highly recommend this home to others looking to visit Sedona.

Stayed Oct 4, 2025Location is great and quiet. Three friends and I rented Matt's house for a mountain bike week. The layout is perfect. Garage is large enough to store the bikes. Convenient to the trails, bike shop, grocery store, and shopping. Matt answered my texts quickly. I highly recommend this house.

Stayed Feb 28, 2025We enjoyed our stay at Matt's home. It was a wonderful home, thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Lots of special touches, including e-bikes in the garage. Communication with the host, Matt, was exceptional. Quick to respond and very accommodating. It was easy to find, centrally located, and very comfortable. We lacked nothing. Highly recommend. We would stay here again.

Stayed Nov 6, 2024We had a fantastic time at this beautiful property! The house is spacious and perfect for a relaxing getaway. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived, which made us feel right at home from the moment we stepped in. The location is ideal. It's close to all the major attractions in Sedona but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. We loved how easy it was to explore the area. The house is just a short drive from popular spots like Red Rock State Park, where we spent time hiking. The home had everything we needed. It had comfortable furniture, a well-equipped kitchen, and lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy the surrounding beauty. My family and I had a memorable trip and highly recommend this property!
