The Space
Welcome to our quaint and stylish home on the west side of downtown Atlanta. Our 1498 sq ft home offers a comfortable and inviting stay, perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway.

When you step inside, you’re greeted by an open living space with beautiful hardwood flooring and classic decor. The living room features comfy sofas and a Smart TV making it the perfect spot to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring the city.

There is a bar area with bar stools that sit facing the gorgeous kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It’s fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home, with a dishwasher for easy clean-ups! Enjoy your meals at the dining table, which seats 4 guests comfortably for good dinner conversation in a peaceful atmosphere.

There are 3 charming bedrooms, all have Smart TVs, there are two full bathrooms, one is the master ensuite bathroom which features a separate bathtub and stand-in shower. The home accommodates 6 guests comfortably.
There’s reliable Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace in the office for the remote worker or maybe a student who needs a quiet space to work from home!

For outdoor and fresh air moments, there’s a lovely patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee or soak up the sun. This is a self-check-in property using a door code for entry. Codes will be sent to you before your arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.

The Neighborhood
The property is located in west Atlanta near parks, recreation and the BeltLine`s Southwest Connector Trail. You’ll be about five miles from Downtown and the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, the Aquarium, Interlock, tons of nightlife, dining options, and popular Atlanta attractions.

Westwood Terrace neighborhood is a highly gentrified area in downtown Atlanta (which is still considered the inner city), with lots of activity, people on the streets, nightly noises, and possible construction at times. We’d just like you to understand this before booking the home!

Getting Around
The nearest international airport is Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), located 7.2 miles from the property.

There are plenty of transportation options. You can also take a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft or go by taxi. If you prefer public transportation, there are train/subway and Marta (bus) transportation options too.

Please note the following important information before booking:

Guests will need to climb about 6 steps up to the entrance to the home.

The property is in a highly gentrified neighborhood in the bustling downtown Atlanta area, with lots of activity, people on the streets, nightly noises, and possible construction at times. We’d just like you to understand this before booking the home!

Also, this is Georgia! There are a lot of wooded areas. Please be aware that bugs may be seen. And while we do have pest control scheduled quarterly, bugs can still get into the home. This is out of our control, and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. It’s best not to leave any open food out to minimize any insect visitors. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and basic essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap will be provided to get you started.

Please do not flush feminine products (i.e., tampons) or wipes in the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $300 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged.

Please don’t use the towels for makeup removal. Makeup stains are very difficult to clean, and we need to charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests` safety.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Guests with no prior reviews will need to send a copy of their driver`s license or government-issued photo ID to complete and confirm their reservation.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.) is allowed inside the home. There is a smoke detector inside, and if evidence of smoking/vaping is discovered, there is a $250 penalty. Also, the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- Parties/events are not permitted without advanced approval. Restrictions apply.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person fee and/or immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Check out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Do not use the address for any type of shipment. This is strictly prohibited.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets-friendly property for up to 2 pets, none over 50 lbs. Pet fee applies.

    This is a cute home that has been updated with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. We were concerned the location would be noisy (slightly busy street) but it was very quiet. We'll definitely stay here again since we have family in the same neighborhood.

    This property served it’s purpose: a short stay, relatively close to the ATL airport, pet friendly, with free parking, free wifi, and self check in. Recommend that if you decide to stay here, you do a thorough walkthrough of the property and take pictures. We found multiple hardware, walls, furniture (sofa and coffee table), etc. that were broken. There is a green area across the street in front of the house where you can take your dogs for a quick potty break. The property itself was tidy and organized. They do not accommodate late check out, so if you have a late flight you might need to book an extra day.

    Overall the house was as expected, except a little more run down than the photos showed. Walls were dirty and had holes and splatters of stuff. There was butter left in the fridge snd tortilla shells on top of the fridge, trash on the bench in the back entey way. My husband bought clorox wipes and wiped all the counters/tables which also came back dirty. To be fair, the listing mentions bugs. It does not mention the bugs referred to are palmetto bugs, which are essentially large outdoor cockroaches that do get in the house. There also was a ton of fruit flies when we came in so we had to buy fruit fly traps which helped. The backyard was unusable due to the palmetto bugs and it was a mess. The icing on the cake was when I contacted the host to ask for a slightly extended checkout, we were in ATL for a surgery and i wanted to go to the post op and then drop back by to pick up my chihuahua before heading home and was told no because the cleaners were coming. The place was cleaner than when we got there becaue3of my husband already.

    This property was not well cleaned. There were stains on the both couches. We had to cover with towels to sit with any comfort. This was addressed to the property manager but not remedied for our stay, I hope it is for the next guests. The main bedroom comforter was also stained, which was promptly addressed with a new comforter arriving the next day. The freezer door on the fridge was very loose and had come off and the main bedroom door handle was falling off, both promptly fixed the next day after telling the property manager. There were cobwebs on the ceiling and upper walls in the main bedroom. The back door deadbolt was not working, so only the door handle could be locked. There is not a fenced area for pets. The backyard is open to the driveway and then the road. The back patio needs cleaning and new cushions for the chairs as they were all mildewed and not usable. I have stayed in many Vrbo rentals across the USA and the world and am fairly flexible with the differences in regions/areas for cleanliness of properties, etc. however this rental needs some focus and is not recommended until these issues are addressed.
