Stayed Feb 8, 2026If you are coming to Christchurch this is an excellent property. It is walking distance to most everything and the home itself is very comfortable. We enjoyed being able to cook breakfast before heading out to sightsee. Since we were there for four nights it was great to have washer/dryer facilities to tidy up before heading out to our next city. Certainly put this location on the top of your list.

Stayed Oct 26, 2025This was a wonderful property: tidy, modern, well maintained and well thought out. We had a very comfortable stay. There wasn’t a dedicated parking for the property, but street parking wasn’t an issue. The kitchen was well equipped with the necessities and it was within walking distance to some restaurants, the Margaret Mahy Playground and New Regent St. I’d happily stay here again.

Stayed Oct 28, 2025Lived up to its name, very stylish, and very clean and warm. Clear instructions and easy access on arrival. Host very responsive.Very comfortable beds and each bedroom has en suite. It is the best location, so near for walking to CBD (I was attending a Conference at Te Pae), and easy to transit when driving around the city and environs. Will stay there again Very happy to recommend.
