Due to being in a complex we have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbors.
We kindly ask that you refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or large gatherings are not allowed, and any unauthorised gatherings disturbing our neighbours will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am please get in touch 24 hours in advance if you would like to request a late checkout or early check in. There may be a fee.

Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property. Please vape outside.
Any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We would appreciate it if our home is left in a reasonable condition, please take care when carrying bags upstairs and remove your shoes. Any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Please report any damages, spills or stains so we have ample time to get these sorted before next guests arrive. A charge for replacement or cleaning may be applicable.

    If you are coming to Christchurch this is an excellent property. It is walking distance to most everything and the home itself is very comfortable. We enjoyed being able to cook breakfast before heading out to sightsee. Since we were there for four nights it was great to have washer/dryer facilities to tidy up before heading out to our next city. Certainly put this location on the top of your list.

    This was a wonderful property: tidy, modern, well maintained and well thought out. We had a very comfortable stay. There wasn’t a dedicated parking for the property, but street parking wasn’t an issue. The kitchen was well equipped with the necessities and it was within walking distance to some restaurants, the Margaret Mahy Playground and New Regent St. I’d happily stay here again.

    Lived up to its name, very stylish, and very clean and warm. Clear instructions and easy access on arrival. Host very responsive.Very comfortable beds and each bedroom has en suite. It is the best location, so near for walking to CBD (I was attending a Conference at Te Pae), and easy to transit when driving around the city and environs. Will stay there again Very happy to recommend.

    Clean and tidy. Handy to central Christchurch. New and quality appliances. Plenty of cutlery and crockery. Host was attentive and responsive. Large TV ideal for watching sport.

    Our stay was fantastic . Superbly presented and appointed property in all regards . The manager Kate was fantastic with great communication .( we even locked ourselves out and kate responded instantly to our phone call and solved our problem immediately and was so happy to help).

    Excellent place to stay. Everything we needed was there. Very comfortable beds, great showers, warm place. And so close to everything. Highly recommend.
