Stylish Pacific City Three-Bedroom is an Easy Walk to the Beach & Pub!

No issues. Good location. Well maintained.

Check in was at 4pm. Cleaners came out around 515pm saying we were not supposed to be there until 530. Laundry was not done and I finished washing, drying, and folding towels. Door code inactive and had to call property manager. Multiple beds were not cleaned and had to wash bedding before sleeping. Food not removed from previous renters in cabinets and had stale and moldy bread and food. I trashed the food and cleaned the cabinets. Not a great first impression.

We had a wonderful stay. The location and home are beautiful and we really enjoyed our time. However, there were dead flowers in a vase that could’ve been thrown away. The propane tanks were empty so we couldn’t use the grill. There were no dishwasher pods or dishwashing detergent to run a cycle.

We spent last week in Pacific City and found the house to be a great location and very comfortable for our family. Access to the beach was easy and convenient. We thought that the main road would be an issue but it was pretty calm with plenty of people walking, jogging, and biking. The shared-use path makes it an easy walk to food and shops, though mostly we walked there along the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, and the layout very comfortable. Certainly a great find!

Best visit. House was everything we could have asked for. Plenty of space/ beds. Having grill was nice. Fire ever night in fireplace. We will be back

This property was perfect for our 2 families. Just a quick walk to the beach, which was great for the kids!

We had a spectacular weekend! Great location close to the beach, boardwalk & town. The property manager promptly responded and remedied our one issue. I would suggest some non-skid on the stairs and front deck, got very slick in the rain. The couch is not that comfortable. However, the beds are!

Couch was awful, decor very interesting, kitchen good, downstairs bedroom and bathroom was great upstairs bedrooms not so wonderful The lofts are very small, none of the small children liked sleeping in it, it was too confined. So they ended up sleeping on the floor. bunk should be lower with nothing under it. Back patio very small for 8 people, fire pit in front yard very odd, fire pit in backyard is propane so don't plan on making s'mores there, so sitting out front making s'mores wasn't the best either because of very busy road and traffic noise loud. Did not have a table that all eight of us could fit around and eat a meal together. I think it should be listed for six not eight. Walk to the beach was a little difficult for people with mobility issues. Walking on that busy road was not fun and access to the Beach was steep. Backing out of the driveway with that traffic and everybody's speeding was also difficult. I gave this property three out of five but I thought about giving it a two. Only because there was eight of us had there been four of us it probably would have been fine or maybe even six but definitely not for eight

Was so clean....spotless. We had everything we needed and we were very close to everything. Could not have been better.
