Stylish home with pool & spa, ping-pong table, WiFi & fireplace - great location

Great location for Scottsdale and excellent house setup for a large group of family and/or friends. Rooms were clean with extra bedding available and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. Two cautions we would share if friends wanted to stay here: 1. We experienced an intense rotten egg smell our first day sitting outside by the pool. Turns out it was the septic tank off-gassing near the outdoor grill. The propery manager did promptly come by and place a rubber seal on top of the PVC pipe; however, a bad smell would still waft by from time to time while sitting by the hot tub and outdoor furnitture. 2. We paid for pool/spa heating, but it was not turned on prior to our arrival as promised and we had to wait until the next day for it be hot. A partial refund for this extra pool heating fee was requested. However, VRBO has yet to respond to this request/ticket for a refund.

Great House and Location. Plenty of space and activities within the home, and close by to Old Town Scottsdale!

Overall this property has the ability to be a 5 star destination but there is a missing lack of detail. We had 6 adults staying and each bathroom had it's own issue. In the back bathroom the shower head was not fully attached and therefore the water was spraying out the sides in addition to a very high pressure head that (due to the 1/2 wall) caused the wall where the towels were hanging to get wet. This looks like it's been going on for awhile since there appears to be water damage on the floor in the adjoining bedroom. This bathroom would fog up and also the door was very hard to shut. The hall bathroom shower pressure was so high that our friends said it felt like it would take your pressure off. Also water damage in that bathroom. The master bathroom shower pressure was so low those friends couldn't even get the shampoo out. This was due to a very hard to adjust shower diverter (not found out until day 3). In the backyard, when we arrived the pool had not been vaccuumed and there was an outlet exposed as the cover was laying right next to it. We didn't see the other issues until our last day, but, as our friend went to move a chair to the sun, as he was picking it up a bolt fell out and the chair gave way (luckily no one tried sitting in that chair before moving it). We took out the cornhole and one of the legs was completely broken. Finally, the spa and pool. Neighbors called the fire department due to seeing smoke coming from the backyard from the filter.

Great location on quiet street. Close to restaurants, hiking, golf. 5 adults were very comfortable. Had one issue with the ice maker. Was taken care of promptly. We would stay there again.

The home is lively with every possible appointment and amenity. And all is luxurious. Close proximity to ASU but also north Scottsdale. Beautiful home and pool. Peaceful seating areas inside and out. Will stay again!!

Home away from home! So close to all you want! Fashion Square mall within walking distance and such an amazing food scene! Will definitely rent this home again!

Clean, comfortable well cared for home. Quiet neighborhood, close to old town where we enjoyed spending the day. Would definitely recommend this house.

Very spacious house with great proximity to so many old town Scottsdale staples. The pool and hot tub were great, and the location feels like you’re not steps away from all the fun. Peaceful area and hosts were super accommodating for us. Would highly recommend staying here as we will be for sure!

The house was great for a large number of guests and had plenty of amenities for us to enjoy. Great location with plentiful dining and shopping options.
