This house has a great location, easily walkable to historic Flagstaff and only 5 minutes from Lowell Observatory. It is beautifully decorated. However, we left early because it is so small. There is no space to put a suitcase in the bedroom and no counter space in the kitchen nor bathroom. I think this is a great option for a single person or couple staying one night, but was just too tight for our intended 3 night. The host was understanding about our early departure though.

Excellant location in a quiet neighborhood with easy walking distance to downtown area. The hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking in Sedona. Check in and out was easy. Hosts did a wonderful job outlining what was expected. Highly recommend.

We stayed 3 nights here and did one day of hiking Sedona, one day exploring downtown Flagstaff and one day up in Page visiting Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. It was the perfect, central point to drive 2 hours each direction and land on a great sightseeing spot, very convenient! The place was spotless, comfortable, and well stocked. Thank you for the kitchen tongs, scissors, an array of spices, shower soaps, fluffy couch pillows - so few hosts do offer this! Check in was easy, seamless. This place works best for couples or very close friends who are comfortable staying in close quarters. The bedroom and bedroom closet is small, so you won’t be able to fit suitcases in there which means the living room space becomes storage for all your gear - heads up to anyone who is booking and planning for someone to sleep on the pull out couch. Also, bring slippers or house shoes with a firm sole, as the heater for the unit is in the floor in the doorway to the kitchen. It’s an open, metal grate about 3 feet long that takes up the entire doorway frame and gets very warm. You will have to step over the grate if you don’t have house shoes. You will definitely want house shoes if you have bad knees or struggle with taking wife steps and keeping your balance. Also, for parking, there are no street lights in the area so it’s advisable to get there before dark or have someone get out of the car and walk between the housing units to the driveway to spot where to park.

Enjoyed the location. Close enough to everything but far enough away from the clutter. Enjoyed the hot tub and small gym. Host was very informative and instruction easy.
