Stayed Nov 14, 2024We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! It was exactly as described! We were in Indy for the Bands of America competition and the location was perfect! The beds were very comfortable and the house is beautifully decorated! If we ever come back to Indianapolis we would totally stay here again!!

Stayed Aug 3, 2023We were looking for a place to stay in Indianapolis for a convention center and this place was great for us. What went well: - The check out process was the easiest process I have gone through with any rentals. - Very fast communication when I asked for things that weren't prepared. - Very clean place. - Very nice place, the place was updated and decor was beautiful. - Both floors were properly ventilated and the A/C was on par! Here are some things that could have gone better: - Cleaner pillows with pillow sheet. - Loud bedroom door that creaks when opening/closing. They mentioned fixing it but it never got fixed. - Instructions to access the house prior to check-in. I had to ask for it multiple times. - There were no check out process in place. - Not enough towels for 8 people. I asked for it but got no response. No big deal, we just brought extra towels. - No wi-fi instructions, I had to ask for it in order to get it. Conclusion: Some of the things weren't prepared well and that's probably because they were new at rentals. Would I stay here again, absolutely!
