    We booked this property at short notice and was happy it was relatively close to the CBD. We thought there was a pool, as it was listed as one of the property amenities but there is definitely no pool. There is, however, an aquatic centre nearby, so maybe we just misunderstood the description. We were disappointed that the lawn hadn’t been mowed and was quite overgrown. We also had to buy insect spray as there were a lot of cockroaches and ants. The basin in the en-suite bathroom was blocked and wouldn’t drain for hours. Apart from these, which can be easily fixed, the property was pretty good. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were very comfortable.

    Elsie is a pretty little semi in a suburban street very near to Wagga Wagga CBD. A great location. The property offers 4 bedrooms. We were two couples, so we used one of the extra bedrooms as a dressing room. (All the bedrooms were very small and couldn't accommodate luggage and people.) If all 4 bedrooms were filled with 8 adults, it would be a very tight fit. That being said, it would probably be fine for a family of 2 adults and a couple of children. The beds were comfortable and the linen very fresh. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well fitted out. The lounge had a rather large burn mark in one of the cushions and should be repaired or replaced. The BBQ, which we briefly entertained, was not up to scratch.

    Clean, spacious house with well equipped kitchen. I loved having my own ensuite. Great storage in 3 of the bedrooms. One of the bedroom windows didn’t open. Outdoor paved area nice but some pavers a bad trip hazard. We appreciated the BBQ. Back lawn needed mowing. Front verandah was a lovely and peaceful place to sit under the trees. Carport at back was badly positioned we couldn’t get our 4WD into it so just parked on the street. Good location close to CBD. Overall, a good experience with a few issues which didn’t impact too badly on our weekend.

    We loved this house which is located in a quiet street & near great coffee & bakery. Beds were very comfy, kitchen living area was spacious and house was very clean.

    Disappointed with state of house carpets bathrooms appliances need a good clean and attention Air con was hopeless on a very hot day - such a shame
