Stylish desert oasis with fast WiFi, fenced yard, & screened patio

Looks like there is a good spot for a hot tub!

The property satisfied all the minimum requirements, but was nothing special. Had complicated thermostat that required contacting Mgt. Person who came by was very helpful and agreed thermostat was not appropriate for property.Otherwise stay was satisfactory. Basically chosen for the location.

We loved that the place was turnkey! Everything we needed was provided and provided in sufficient quantities (toiletries, coffee, laundry supplies, 1st aid kit, paper products, etc...). We loved that the home offered more than enough space for 2 couples and all our golf equipment. What we loved the most was the home's proximity to Old Town Scottsdale. We were able to walk to breakfast and dinner everyday! Loved that! We will definitely look to book this place when we vacation in Scottsdale again.

Very well kept, kitchen well stocked and clean. Great location, close to groceries and restaurants. Nice outdoor lanai. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location for Scottsdale stadium, old town, fashion plaza and churches. Never more than 5 minutes away.

This house was very nice and worked really well for our group of 8 guys in our late 20s. This is within walking distance from old town and only a short stone throw away from a few night clubs. We were able to golf 3 golf courses all within 45 minutes of the house. It's only a 5 minute drive to get to Camelback mountain. We did the hike there the first morning. The house was clean. The backyard was a little rough. Just kind of a dirt area. We weren't bothered by it because we spent most of our time golfing and doing other things. Small items like paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, shampoo, trash bags were all included ( enough supply for about 3 days).

Everything was as described, and the beds were comfortable. There were paper towels, some spices, and lots of linens and towels. There was lots of space. Notes: no DVD player. The other reviews about the yard not being well-kept are right. It’s just weedy and dirt. Outside is not a space to entertain though the enclosed patio is great. The communication with the host company was friendly but too slow and detached to be helpful, though they corresponded quickly when it comes to extending a night. Would stay again.

This is our first time staying at this home and hopefully it won’t be our last! The home was clean, smelled great, and was located within walking distance to several restaurants and bars. The shuffleboard was a surprise hit. We loved the beds and appreciated the ample sleeping space, especially enjoyed the labeled linen closet, and plethora of blankets and pillows.

The interior of the home was wonderful. Clean and perfect for our needs. Location was great for us. We would have enjoyed being able to the back porch and back patio and yard but really couldn’t. Upon arrival the grass or weeds loaded with stickers and was knee high. The back porch was was loaded with blue quail (at least 30). My husband shooed as many as he could. They kept returning. When the mower came the next day they were gone when we returned. The bird waste and sand and grit remained. The landscaping and trees were in sad shape. We love the location but wanted to also enjoy the outdoor space. Joan Moyer

House was clean , tidy and was everything I expected. Great to have salt , pepper , coffee etc all the little things that are so often not available in other houses
