SECURITY CAMERAS: Installed outside the property monitoring the front and back door. There are no cameras inside the property.

SERVICES: Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
