    What a great property and wonderful hosts! Everything was super clean and loaded with surprises! The amenities are phenomenal and were unexpected.     This property was better than what was advertised. It had many upscale amenities! Loved the private outdoor area with kitchen, TV and beautiful furniture. If you are visiting Lousville this is the place! The host were awesome, our trip couldn't have been better! Thank you Ron and Anna!

    We stay a lot of different places for work and pleasure. This was a work trip, but when we got home each day, it was just such a nice place to stay and we felt like we had vacation in the place. We even sang karaoke one night! Everything was immaculate. I cleaned homes before so I can be picky. The attention to detail was phenomenal. This place had everything and more that I could need or want while staying there. Ron was very easy to work with. Gave us recommendations for places to visit. Will be back for show next year and want to stay here again! Thank you Ron for a great time in Kentucky. Next time we need to come in earlier to be able to explore the area. more.

    I think we were honored to be one of the first groups to stay at this new property in Germantown, and we were so lucky! The communication with the owners was seamless and replies were extremely prompt. We felt so welcome!We loved this unit and parking was easy. King bed was SO comfortable, all the extra features in the house were wonderful including the TV and technology, housewares, Alexa speaker, motion sensor lights, bathroom upgrades like the heated toilet seat and Bidet was awesome!!Unit was very clean and the owners went to great lengths to ensure our stay was comfortable, including little extra touches like fresh flowers, extra bathroom amenities and fluffy towels, and even umbrellas and robes.A few bars and breweries were walkable, and probably more in the summertime when it's warmer.We will absolutely be back! Highly recommend this property for your visit to Louisville!! Thanks for a great trip!
