Perfectly designed for large families or groups of friends, this spacious 4-bedroom residence offers the ideal blend of modern aesthetics and cozy comfort. With two separate living areas and a backyard built for entertainment, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out or gather together.

The Backyard & Pool
Step outside into your private oasis! The backyard is ready for game day with a custom corn hole set. When you`re ready to cool off, hop into our Cocktail Pool.

Please Note: This is a `cocktail pool` designed specifically for lounging, wading, and relaxing. It is not a full-sized swimming pool, but it is the perfect spot to soak up the sun with a cold drink!

Living & Dining
Inside, you’ll find two separate living rooms, each equipped with its own TV—perfect for groups who want to watch different shows or games simultaneously. The heart of the home features a generous dining table, providing a great space for family-style meals and evening board games.

Guest Access

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, the private backyard, and all amenities.

Sleeping Arrangements

With 6 beds in total, we comfortably sleep up to 10 guests:

Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed

Bedroom 3: 2 Full Beds

Bedroom 4: 2 Twin Beds

Other things to note

The Pool: As mentioned, this is a cocktail-style pool intended for lounging and wading.

Connectivity: High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home for those working remotely or streaming.

Parking: Ample parking is available on-site.

All payments for your reservation are processed through Stripe, a third-party platform required by Vrbo, which incurs a 3% credit card transaction fee per booking. If you cancel within the applicable cancellation policy timeframe, we will refund the full amount paid, less the 3% credit card fee. This will also be stated in our house rules agreement form.
