a designer kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, and renovated bathrooms including a clawfoot tub! We want you to enjoy yourself throughout the space including the private area in the back of the home.

Early Check-ins, Late Checkouts: Pending availability on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate most early check ins and late check outs. The price is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Please reach out ASAP to ask for potential extensions.

Security & Monitoring
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable).

Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors.

AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

    Our stay was ok! Didn’t know much about the neighborhood when I booked. Didn’t feel as safe as I would have liked in the neighborhood and house. Outside area including front porch and outdoor furniture needs to be cleaned. Horrible odor in the house. Inside of home was clean. I feel the price at this time is high for the area.

    I traveled to Montgomery with three friends and we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property is a short drive away from downtown Montgomery with all of the museums, the capital, coffee, shops, restaurants and more. The house itself is exquisite, a beautifully restored vintage home with beautiful details and gorgeous design. Kudos to the restoration team and the decorator. The beds were especially comfortable.

    The house Interior was spacious and clean and well supplied. The exterior needs help. The back yard is overgrown with weeds and there is an empty old garage that is falling down. Parkling is on a busy street that is a too narrow for parked cars. The front porch needs to be repainted. Did not like getting a seperate rental agreement from an unknown sender to be signed before I could get check-in info.

    Stayed in this location last summer and enjoyed it so much that when I returned last week to see Bonnie Raitt in concert……..I immediately booked this place again! It’s in the heart of the vibrant downtown and having lived in the neighborhood in the early 90’s its feels like home.

    The house was clean but had older home problems. You had to warn everyone when you showered because if anyone turned on any water elsewhere your shower pressure plummeted and the temperature changed drastically. We like to cook when we get together but only did so once because the pots and pan selection was awful and they needed to put shelf paper in the bottom cabinets that were raw plywood and nasty. The rest of the house was clean and nice and communication with the host was good.

    We had a wonderful stay at the Fitzgerald-Vaught house. The rooms were clean and spacious, the neighborhood close to downtown, and the hosts thorough and helpful. Wifi is good! Lovely neighborhood. As senior citizens, we could have used some form of stability/handle for getting in and out of the bathtub shower in the front bathroom. This being our first visit to Montgomery, I will say that we were impressed with the hospitality, history, and museums of the city. Thank you for providing a comfortable, well-appointed setting for a delightful visit.
