    Great location-safe and quiet neighborhood you can walk around in and close to grocery and shopping centers. Ample parking-driveway designated for 2 cars and street parking available. Common area is big-could use another seating area along with the couch. Spacious grass area in backyard. Kitchen and dining area spacious. There were no pantry staples so definitely bring your own. Plenty of dish ware , pots and pans and cutlery and coffee machine available. I had trouble receiving emails from realty company taking care of the property but the host was readily available via contact # given and eventually the service number was very helpful and responsive via text. I shaved off one star for the property due to cleanliness. It appeared the property has not been inhabited for awhile as there were some cobwebs and dust around. The fridge looked like it was cleaned quickly. The bathroom fixtures and showers were dirty and definitely needed extra scrubbing as there was scum. Also AC filter looked like it was overdue for a replacement. We stayed for 7 nights and eventually cleaned what we could to make our stay more comfortable. I would still book the property again because of location as it’s convenient and safe. Just hoping it would get a deep clean for the next booking.

    The listing is beautiful and is exactly as described and had the listed amenities. Parking at the property is ample and it's easy to park multiple cars, one in driveway and another one or two on the street. The property is in a reasonable 15-20 minute driving distance to many tourist locations
