    Property was comfortable. We were concerned about stairs for my 91 year old father but they were not too hard to navigate and a ground level bed/bath was convenient for him. Kitchen was well equipped - including with a cast iron fry pan so that we could avoid the non-stick. We were not bothered by street noise and generally could park near by on the street.

    This was perfect for our stay! Would definitely stay again. Our group consisted of 3 adults and one child. They had everything we needed. There was bathroom toiletries, plenty of extra paper products, and even laundry detergent. Check in/out was super easy!

    The place was clean, organized and easy to use across the board. We liked being in a neighborhood that was just far enough from the madding crowd. And parking was no problem. A bit of street noise from 85th Street can't really be avoided but it didn't impede our time there. Thanks! Hope we left it as we found it.

    Pro: A really nice place, very clean and very well equipped (coffee, laundry, baths!!) Responsive management. Parking in area was way easier than it first appeared. Cons: Biggest thing, and no fixing it, is the traffic noise! If you like fresh air, just know having the windows open at night is surprisingly loud. So many sirens. And we are not generally light sleepers. Other than that, just a few minor things that could use some TLC ... broken fan (turns on but rattles and walks across floor when on), no blankets in 2 BDRs (management brought over one when we asked, but it was a single twin for queen/double beds?), front green (?) space with grass over grown.

    The rental is well maintained and well stocked. The entry bedroom was chilly, the rest of the place was comfortable. There was a pack n play provided for 2 year old, although it needed repair. The only issue is the entrance gate. Needs to be sanded and sealed due to loose wood pieces causing splinters, and dragging due to uneven attachment.

    Nice 3br townhome, renovated and nice. A bit off the beaten path but we knew that. A bit of street noise too
