ROOMS - This spacious ranch-style rambler 3 bedroom home features a recently remodeled, 5 piece ensuite off the primary bedroom with king bed. Vaulted ceilings, smart TV, portable Bose speaker with charging dock, dedicated workspace and French doors lead to a private entry to the yard. The two guest rooms feature queen beds, nightstands, spacious closets and smart TVs. All rooms equipped with ceiling fans for added comfort.

KITCHEN- Spacious kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, floor to ceiling tile and indoor/outdoor bar. Kitchen island seats 6 comfortably, offering space for board games, dining and food preparation. Dining table also seats 6 alongside a beautiful, custom mural of the agave plant.

YARD - The unique layout of this neighborhood offers yard space in the front of the home with privacy walls and a locked gate. The yard features a salt pool with optional pool heating (available at $75/ day), water fountain with relaxing basket chair, outdoor bar with window into the kitchen, ceiling fans, bistro lights, custom murals, faux grass, outdoor fire pit and plenty of seating.


FAQs
- Pool heating available between October and April for additional fees of $75/day or $350/week. Hot tub heating is available free of charge.
- Standard check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Early check in or late check outs not guaranteed. If we have another guest departing or arriving on the same day as you, we require the entire window of time to turn over the home, so we won’t be able to offer this. We won’t know until 24 hour prior to your dates, so be sure to ask our guest services team about availability and additional fees.. For guaranteed flexibility, we invite you to reserve the night before or the night after to ensure you can arrive and depart at your leisure.
- Up to 2 dogs welcomed for additional fees. Guests must follow pet policies in house rules and in our guidebook.
- Guests advised to purchase travel for unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation policies enforced.
- Guests are asked to provide a complete list of their registered guests (adults over the age of 18) including, but not limited to full names and ages. Vehicles must also be registered by provided make, model and license plate numbers. Guests not willing to comply with these requirements are subject to cancellation without a refund.
