An addition completed in 2017 created a spacious living room adjoining the kitchen. The main floor includes a primary bedroom (queen bed), full bath, dining room, living room with gas fireplace, and a kitchen that leads to the BBQ deck outdoors. The kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher, gas oven, soapstone countertops, breakfast bar, stainless appliances, coffee maker, and microwave.

Downstairs, there is a large bedroom with a queen and twin bed, plus a full bath. A laundry room with a new washer and dryer is also downstairs.

The living room includes a new sofa set, cowhide rug, flat-screen TV with Roku, and a CD player, along with internet access and a gas BBQ grill on the back deck. We provide coffee, tea, spices, paper products, dish and laundry detergents, soap, hair dryer, linens, and towels. For families, a pack-n-play is available. We use luxurious, non-toxic EO brand shampoo and body products.

Located in a quiet Bozeman neighborhood, Fridley Cottage is a short walk from downtown and 8 miles from the airport. The south-facing yard offers shade and ample lawn.

Close to other cottages like Northside Modern Farmhouse and Garden Cottage, the Fridley Cottage features a drip coffee maker, grinder, and a starter pack of local coffee, alongside linens, cookware, spices, and organic coffee. We also give local info on markets for Montana meat, vegetables, hiking trails, rafting, and restaurant coupons. Supporting local economies is important to us!

    Super cute and quiet place not too far from Main street. Easy walk to town and awesome bakery just around the corner. Very cozy layout, clean, and good amenities for a long weekend in Bozeman.

    My husband, our two grown daughters and I travel together often and use a lot of vacation rentals. This house has a great location within a few blocks of Main Street, art galleries, coffee shops and bakeries. The house is well equipped with kitchen gear, ceiling fans, towels, etc, and lots of information about things to do in the area. Messages to the owner were quickly returned. Highly recommended.

    This redone cottage in Bozeman is sparkling clean, completely renovated with a lovely architectural design and is in a quiet neighborhood that is walking distance from bakeries, restaurants and everything on main street. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked with beautiful soapstone countertops, Bosch dishwasher, Bertazzoni range and more. There is a smaller Sub-zero Fridge in the kitchen and freezer in the pantry which was fine once we figured it out. There is a lovely quiet back yard with grill on porch and sitting area. Plenty of on street parking with the same cars/neighbors the whole time we were there. The main level bedroom can fit only a queen but the linens were lovely and it was a good sleep. It was just the two of us but great to have the second downstairs bathroom and laundry room. Well stocked with all supplies. It was so pleasant to have everything we needed. The Wifi was good and the smart TV had good channels and was great for logging in to our accounts as well. Paul stopped by to plant some flowers and made sure we were all set. Gave us great recommendations for dining. Can't wait to return to this gem.

    Charming property within walking distance to downtown!. Well appointed with exceptional decor, thoughtful details, and amenities. My husband I enjoyed our stay and hope to rent the cottage again someday. Paul was great to work with and added to the overall experience with a host of suggestions.
