    The house is located at the end of a long cul-de-sac. It is a quiet street with a nice expansive view of the water. The main living area opens to the screened lanai patio area. There is a pass-through kitchen window. The kitchen countertops did draw ants, which may be unavoidable in the Florida environment. The primary bedroom and bathroom are spacious. The primary mattress does have some dipping in it. It was also reported to me that one of the secondary bedroom mattresses (the one with the two queens) also had some dips. The thermostat has a note that says not to set the AC below 72 degrees. We were pleased with renting this home. iTrip was very helpful and responsive to any communications.

    House was perfect, Everything worked as it should, Son's 9&10 enjoyed pool to fishing off dock, Daughter 16, loved space made friends with locals, easy drive to beach. Wife didn't want to leave. Rented boat , tied up to dock at night, easy boat trip to 10,000 islands. Plenty of good restaurants in area. And Publix grocery close, for cooking and grilling out, way more enjoyable then busy hotel. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Amazing stay! The home itself was perfect for our family of 5. Quiet neighborhood but still close to Collier and some of the restaurants and bars. Would love to stay here again.

    We took a last minute vacation with my parents and 2 teen kids just to unwind and this place was great. Enough space for all of us and we all could do our own thing. Kids swam. All had dinner outside every night.

    This house was absolutely amazing. Our family of four stayed here for a week in November and would stay here again in a heartbeat. The views were incredible - the sunrises over the water were beautiful. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the property team was very responsive.
