Stayed Sep 29, 2023We recently stayed here for a girls weekend with my sisters and friends. I can honestly say it’s the first time the actual condo/house was even better than the pictures. It was beautiful! Everyone slept comfortably, the living area couch was spacious enough for the whole group, parking was a breeze, and it was an easy Uber downtown. Highly recommend staying here!

Stayed Jul 24, 2023Our family enjoyed the town house in the West End of Nashville, which is a short walk to the Parthenon and Centennial Park. Our crew included 2 adults and 5 kids ages 8 to 13. The noise level from outside the unit was minimal during the day and quiet at night. The neighborhood felt as safe as any city neighborhood could be. There were many joggers and people walking their dogs in the area. The garage was a tight fit for our mini van but was nice to have as opposed to street parking. We were grateful for the extra amenities that many rental properties either do not provide or provide a minimal supply, including paper towels and toilet paper as well as soaps at all sinks. The master bath had two loofahs, shampoo and conditioner, bar soap, and bath bombs. The second bath had soaps, shampoos, and bath bombs. The washer and dryer are small for a large group but worked well. The kitchen appliances are better than average, but the freezer door handle was missing. We have had many VRBO experiences and would rank this unit among the best. A couple minor repairs are needed to make the unit perfect (reattach missing freezer door handle, signage with unit number on the rear near the garage door, and repair living room ceiling fan), but we have no major complaints. I called the property manager twice on check in day, and he proved to be most helpful. We would highly recommend this unit to any family or group looking to spend time in Nashville.

Stayed Dec 22, 2019Three generations and total of 7 stayed here to celebrate 21st bday and Christmas. Location was perfect and the style was on point. We had a car for small group trips and had no problem with rode share for full group and designated driver outings. Bedrooms on first landing doesn’t have a bathroom without using stairs. Grandma used the stairs once a day and loved her balcony veranda. Master suite bathroom was AMAZING!! several guests took baths over our stay and the shower was lovely. Here is the family list of pros and cons: PROS Lots of room Nice bathrooms Styled well Nice big couch-we all fit to hang out Tvs streamable-great for Christmas movies and sports Good for unit sound Quiet street Great location Good seating for crowd Appliances top grade Super Comfy beds Good temp controls Chefs kitchen for functionality Good security Felt safe Cons-nothing that would deter from a second visit!!!! Lacking in pro kitchen tools Walls had dirty spots Loud interior-mapping was a challenge Not enough paper products for 7+(Tp, paper towels) No Dish soap Not enough dinner plates Bright lights and No dimmer switches No dish towels

Stayed Sep 18, 2019My two girlfriends and I stayed here and we all loved it. The home is located in a great neighborhood. It was beautifully decorated , the beds were super comfortable , the shower was luxurious and we absolutely loved the area. It was just a short Uber ride to downtown.
