Stunning Waterfront Home w/ Private Saltwater Pool & beautiful new Tiki Bar!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great. Stayed here for the Triathlon with a group of friends that came to watch us participate. We did need to contact management for bedding for the sofa sleepers and we were able to get that same day, so that was great response time. Pool was nice to have with the tiki bar outside with TV and speakers. Living room TV was HUGE. Big hit to watch games. The multiple outside seating areas to relax is a big win as well.

We had a great time. Everything was just the way the listing described it to be.

The house was amazing!! We had plenty of room and everything we needed! The pool was perfect and the house was within minutes of everywhere we went!

This is our second time to stay at this beautiful house. it is very roomy and well appointed. Our family enjoys staying on the sound and the pool area is great.

For the house description to boast sleeping 21 the sitting areas are very small as is the dining area. Need to put new umbrellas on the pier & fix the deck so birds can’t build nests right there. Deck had lots of bird droppings when we arrived & throughout our stay even though I swept every day

It was a great stay and plenty room for our friends and kids. I would say that it would be nice to stock up on basic essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid/dishwasher pods and laundry detergent. We had to go buy our own which wasn't ideal because we were traveling and obviously didn't bring this all with us. The kitchen only had olive oil and no other condiments. The listing did communicate this to us but it still should be mentioned since we were at the grocery store alot. The blender wasn't working and they bought us a new one aswell as propane for the firepit that was empty when we got there. Overall its an amazing house though, very close to the beach and we had a great stay. Thank you for hosting us.

The biggest con for us was the beds - not comfortable/noisy and lack of blackout curtains/shades. Would recommend upgrading tvs. If your focus is value and location, this place is right for you!

The house is beautiful and we loved being on the bay side with the deck out back. The water was calmer and easier for the little ones to play in the water. Check in and out was super easy and we will definitely be back!
