The villa is a completely renovated Istrian stone house on the outskirts of Vižinada. From there, you have a beautiful panoramic view of Motovun and the green interior of Istria. The town of Porec is only a 20-minute drive away. There are several wine and olive oil roads and well-known wineries near the house. The house is set in a 700 m² well-tended and fully fenced garden and offers its guests a 32 m² swimming pool, sun loungers, swings for children, two covered terraces forrelaxing and outdoor dining, and a tavern in a separate building with a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and shower/WC. There is also covered parking for two vehicles in the courtyard. The villa covers a total of 100 m² on two air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor, there is a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a living room, as well as a separate toilet. At the entrance to the house is a beautiful covered terrace with lounge furniture and a beautiful view. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, two single rooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. One of the rooms opens onto a spacious balcony with seating, offering a magnificent view of Motovun and the green landscape. Youth groups are not permitted.
