Stunning villa perched above the Sea of Cortez and Puerto Los Cabos Golf Course

The location of this property is great. We have a great view on the sea and the golf course which is right beside us. The house is very clean and well equipped. The pool is nicely heated and the hot tub is great. We have 6 adults and 2 kids but there are lots of towels so we never run out as the kids are in and out of the pool all day. The property manager is very helpful in recommending places to eat and visit. I would definitely come back again.

We had a fabulous stay. The house was beautiful and well kept. The sunrise every morning was spectacular! Claudia the house manager was very helpful and tentative. The kitchen was missing a can opener but other than that it was fully stocked. The plumbing was probably our biggest challenge as the water pressure in all showers other than the master was very low. And the toilets were slow to flush.

Great trip and we loved the house. Wonderful layout and the house was stocked with everything we needed. Wonderful location and the view was great. We had a great family vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

We booked last minute to celebrate New Years. The home was beautiful and clean. Great location. Easy to golf and visit San Jose. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Claudia took very good care of us once we arrived.

Our family of nine - spanning 3 generations - traveled to San Jose del Cabo and stayed in this home. It was perfect. It had plenty of rooms - all ensuites - for everyone. A pool, hot tub, well-equipped kitchen and the laundry room came in handy.The home is well-situated - roughly 10 to 15 minutes from just anywhere we wanted to visit during the day or a for a meal out.Claudia, the property manager, was incredibly responsive and helpful.A little slice of heaven for the week. Great house. Great management. Five stars. We spent a long weekend before Thanksgiving to get some sun and celebrate my wife’s birthday. Cristy and Claudia managed the house very well. The chef was excellent. Having access to Fundadores beach club was well worth renting in this location and subdivision. Will be back. Very nice. Very clean. Impeccable view and pool. Even when a minor maintence issue popped up they were there so fast.

My friends and I celebrated my bachelorette party here and it was absolutely perfect! Management was always quick to respond and help us plan things at the house, like a personal chef and massages. The house is brand new and so clean and the view is beautiful. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, great customer service from Claudia, the house manager, and the owner. Love to come back and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay near San Jose.

The house was perfect for our extended fam and the location was great!

Our group of four (two couples) stayed at the end of March 2023 at this beautiful villa. The home in-person was exactly as pictured in the listing photos with a luxury modern esthetic and gorgeous views of the Sea of Cortez and the golf course. We enjoyed the spacious common spaces to spend time together and the split ranch layout allowed for privacy in the sleeping quarters. The pool and spa areas were clean and the perfect size for an afternoon of lounging. Claudia assisted us in arranging Chef Gustavo for dinner the night of our arrival so we could relax after a long travel day. She also arranged massage services at the villa later in our stay which was outstanding and highly recommend. The home is located in a quiet gated community and a short drive to restaurants and Gallery District, but was challenging to locate initially as it does not show up on Google Maps or Apple Maps. We dropped a pin once we arrived and used that for navigating for other off property adventures. A few items worth noting; first, the check-in process was face-to-face and the house manager requested a face-to-face check out, but had a conflicting appointment. This differed from the listing of a no-contact check-in/out, but also no other guidance was provided such as directions, address of property, information on gatehouse, etc. until we asked for it. Overall not a big deal, but some more communication about arrival and departure expectations would be helpful. Second, the beds are visually beautiful and layered with fluffy duvets and pillows, however, the mattresses are extra extra firm and unfortunately our group found them quite uncomfortable. Also, this house layout lends nicely for two master suites and could benefit from two bedrooms with king beds. Last, the house and pool area were clean and ready for our arrival with the exception of the kitchen. The dishwasher had dirty dishes from the previous renters and the kitchen floors were not swept or mopped well. I'm sure it was an honest oversight, but felt awkward taking care of someone else's mess on vacation. Overall we had a lovely time and enjoyed this property.
