An internal staircase leads to the first floor. The first bedroom has twin beds, which can be pushed together if required. This room offers a beautiful view of the sea. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed. This room also offers a beautiful view of the sea. The third bedroom has a double bed, its own bathroom and also a sea view. The third bathroom of this house is also located on the first floor. The outdoor area has a partially covered terrace with a pleasant, air-permeable square terrace cover, which is furnished with a large table and chairs and is ideal for spending pleasant, cosy hours with your loved ones. The high-quality Weber gas barbecue is perfect for this. Next to the swimming pool, there are three sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing, as well as an outdoor shower.
