Stunning views right on the Majestic Yellowstone River!

This property was fabulous! The house was comfortable, the views were unbelievable and the closeness to Yellowstone National Park.

My family and I had an absolutely amazing time staying here and none of wanted to leave! We came to celebrate for my 25th birthday and the house was perfect for all of us and everywhere we went. Definitely a little slice of heaven, we will most certainly be back and hated having to go. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

From the moment we arrived we loved our stay at YRRR. It was perfect for our large group with Yellowstone park about 35 minutes away. It was great being able to relax outside by the river and there is plenty of outdoor space for activities. The house is gorgeous with everything that you need to enjoy your stay provided. We would definitely love to make a return visit in the future.Peter/Brooke, thank you so much for sharing this gem with us. We made lots of memories here.

Perfect location for traffic free entrance to Yellowstone. Convenient to a local store for supplies and a terrific bbq place. Didn’t spend any time at the actual house other than to sleep and shower.

We really enjoyed our stay! Location was ideal and house was very comfortable. Kids loved the game room! The entire stay was great.

Our stay was amazing. The views were incredible, the master bed was extremely comfortable. About 45 minutes from the north entrance of Yellowstone.

This was the absolute perfect home for my family to stay over the week. Not only is the house and property absolutely stunning, its location couldn’t be better! We were able to enjoy the home, spend time in Yellowstone and hang out in the neighboring towns- the best of both worlds. We will definitely be back!

It’s hard to describe just how amazing this property is. From the minute we drove up the driveway, we knew it would be a magical week! The house was perfectly suited for the two families (4 adults, 5 kids 11 and under). And the property and background…..just incredible! Location was spectacular. And the icing on the cake was our 5 horse neighbors and dogs and cats that’s visited us too! Some unbelievable memories were made for life this last week. Thank you both ?

This is one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed in. The hosts were easy and accommodating. The house itself has everything you could want. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with pots/pans and so many spices and cooking items. They also thoughtfully added a pack n play, baby items and gates for anyone with young kids. Our kids (6 & 8) loved watching the horses next door and running around the property. It was so peaceful to sit on the deck and read and listen to the river. You're 35 mins away from Yellowstone, making it the perfect location. We will absolutely stay again! It was heaven on the Yellowstone!

We loved everything about our trip to the Yellow Rock River Ranch. The location was exactly what we wanted: close enough to bozeman, livingston and yellowstone but also far enough away where we could feel like we were getting away from it all. We saw and did alot of wonderful things but honestly just hanging out at the house, sitting on the deck looking at the mountains and river was as good as anything. It was awesome having a ranch next door and being able to feed the horses as well. A+, we'll be back.

We stayed with 7 adults and it was very comfortable. Beautiful property and interior as well. Had everything we needed and more. Owners were great to deal and very responsive. The location was perfect for Yellowstone, Bozeman, and Livingston. Would definitely come back again - everyone loved it!
