House and backyard were beautiful however the neighbors were not. The listing advertised a private beach with lots of pictures however when we tried to visit with three of us and a four year old the neighbors quickly came over and threw us out. The reasoning behind it was we were now owners therefore we don't have access. They said this was all false advertising and told us to get the hell off their private beach. Most of the neighbors gave us bad looks and were not friendly at all. Out of the fifty or so locals that we met only a handful were helpful and happy to see us. We were going to dinners, lunches and just hanging out with 17 plus people and tipping very well but that didn't seem to matter. Long story short if your not a property owner then your not worthy in this town.
