Stayed Mar 1, 2025Our stay at this VRBO was fantastic! The three-bedroom, one-story home on a golf course with a pool was perfect for our family. The views from the pool — overlooking the course with mountains in the background — were stunning, especially in the mornings. The house was stocked with everything we could need: towels, a washer/dryer, kitchen essentials, spices, a speaker, a blow dryer, and more. The location, in a quiet area west of Phoenix, was ideal — close to golf, trails, shopping, and supplies. While we enjoyed a few restaurants nearby, the area could use more local bars and bistros. Overall, an excellent place to stay — we’d happily return!

Stayed Mar 20, 2024Sunrise from the hot tub was awesome we also really enjoyed watching people play golf. The house was the perfect size for us was clean and just as shown in the pictures. All of the furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen very well stocked. The only thing i would add is maybe a tv in the other bedrooms. But a great house in a very nice community with awesome views.

Stayed Mar 13, 2024This property delivers all that was promised. Making this property a standout was the hot tub, pool, use of the garage and views of the golf course and mountains. The owners instruction booklet was comprehensive without being burdensome. When we return to Goodyear this will be our first choice. It ranks at the top of our 15 HomeAway/VRBO stays.

Stayed Jan 28, 2024Property was great. Morning and evening views of pool, spa, golf course and Estrella mountains were priceless. Accommodations were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked w/pots and pans etc. Neighborhood very quiet. Fairly remote suburb.
