Great layout, with plenty of amenities. Really enjoyed the hot tub! And the beach gear came in very useful.

Positives: neighborhood is quiet and feels safe owner was very responsive to a power issue house was cleanNegatives:The home could use attention, such as... front entry repairs (screen on the screen door, broken screen door handle, overall entry cleanliness) upgrade of kitchen utensils and pots & pans only 3 beach towels lanai furniture is in very poor condition (stained cushions & rusted) dinette chairs feel like the seats are going to fall through the bottom master bedroom comforter is exceptionally worn the electrical system seems to be in need of attention (lights often went weak, then bright) no air pump for pool rafts we pulled several weeds growing in the grout around edge of pool & spa multiple lightbulbs were out

We enjoyed our stay and will return. Although we prefer a king bed, the master bedroom queen was comfortable. Family/Living room area is small however, the outside lanai area with pool/hot tub was very nice for relaxing and eating with family. Pool was awesome. Neighborhood is quiet.

Great location, 20-30 minutes driving to the beaches. 15 minutes to downtown Fort Myers an Edison-Ford estates. Shopping outlets nearby. 1 hour to the Everglades. House has all we needed. Great pool and spa.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house is located very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The owner is very responsive to any questions we had. We loved the pool. Had a very nice month of March 2024. It sure beats the snow and cold back home.

Very pleased with our decision to stay here. Location was close to shopping, golf and the beaches. Enjoyed sitting by the pool. Wishing the weather had cooperated more but still enjoyed. Will be back.

Pictures were a little deceiving. Master bathroom..very narrow space to get to the toilet. Maybe 12. Very awkward. Bed in master bedroom..VERY low to the floor. Difficult to get out of bed in the morning. Neighborhood was nice and quiet.

pool area very nise spent lots of time, we did have ants that seemed mostly in kitchen Claudia di say will be taken care off monday It Is a nice home and they did just go through a hurricane Needs some minor fix ups will be even be nicer

Enjoyed the home. Lots of ants in the kitchen upon our arrival. We bought tarro and it helped. There were very adequate cleaning supplies and am appreciative for that. We did buy hot pads for setting pans on and left them for future guests to enjoy. Thank you.
