Spacious, spotless, and exactly as described - steps from the beach, with a great pool and outdoor space. Management was friendly, professional and provided great communication. Tip for future guests: to lock the ”hurricane” doors, lift the handle up first and then turn the lock. It’s easy once you know, but it wasn’t obvious to us at first.Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Doors to bedrooms upstairs could not lock, light fixture broken and hanging on wall in bedroom, master bathroom toilet area vent looks like it might have caught on fire at one time, master shower door hard to open all the way, when master shower in use no hot water was available to the other rooms so we all had to take showers at separate times. Area rugs could use a cleaning. A lot of roaches outside around pool area. Mosquito's were INSIDE the house the entire week. There were two separate occasions were people came to the door. One was a maintenance man and the other was a women taking pictures of the house outside. I don't think that should be taking place when our family is trying to have a week on vacation. The maintenance man said he was told there were light bulbs that needed to be changed. We did not call anything in to maintenance. I have teenage girls and they would have been scared if their parents weren't in the house at the time these people came to the door. We also had the pool company come by and the lawn care company. Of course these things need to be taken care of weekly however I think a form on the counter of some kind letting us know the schedule at least of what day they would be at the house would give us a heads up of when all these different people would be at the house. Over all, we love this house, its decor is beautiful, very well stocked and organized in the kitchen.

Even with a large group of people, there is so much space that no one felt crowded. It was the most relaxing week. The kitchen area is amazing, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges, separate ice machines. Truly a dream house. Thank you!

Perfect location for a very short bike ride to Salty Dog and a leisurely one to Harbourtown! The luxury decor in this home was over the top. 2 dishwashers and Ice machines were so helpful! Heated pool and nice hot tub was used every day. Our management contact, Catherine, was phenomenal and made sure we were taken care of! We will definitely be coming back!

We had a fantastic time at 19 Belted Kingfisher with our son and his family (2yr. and 6 yr.). The weather cooperated and the kids enjoyed the pool everyday. We started each day with a short walk to the beach to look for shells, We loved the outside seating snd listened to music while swimming. The big swing was a huge hit. The house is beautiful and very convenient to great restaurants.We made great memories! Thank you

We have enjoyed staying at different homes each year. This home was by far the best location and quality of home we have stayed in. The home was beautifully furnished and well equipped for our trip. The walk to the beach was easy and short and the pool was a highlight for our families. After our recent experience with the rental company and the home itself, I think it is safe to say that we will not be searching for vacation homes anymore! We will be back! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an amazing home that accommodates large families.

19 Belted Kingfisher is an outstanding vacation home. Great outdoor living area and good size pool and spa. Very close to beach (2nd row with path next to house). Spacious kitchen with two dishwashers. Also had two ice machines which were very useful. Very clean and beautifully appointed throughout.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We vacationed at the spacious 19 Belted Kingfisher house with four families and celebrated the parent's 50th anniversary. Everyone loved the house and pool! The huge and very well-equipped kitchen allowed families to prepare a themed dinner each night. The adult couples enjoyed their individual suites and bathrooms, and the grandkids loved their accommodations. Many hours were spent in the large pool where the grandkids had a ball! The management company was great and extremely responsive when contacted. Hilton Head was a new vacation spot for all of us and within a day's drive. (We had previously vacationed each summer at New Smyrna Beach Florida for over 40 years in individual condos). The feedback from our kids and grandkids was that they were very impressed with this house, and we all had a great vacation experience!
