Amenities were great, just one concern was one of the beds was not able to be slept in.

We journeyed for a nephew’s wedding with my elderly mother. The house worked great for our group’s needs. The pool table was fun for some, while the rest of us visited. Comfortable beds. Pleasant weather. Enjoyed sitting in the cabana.

Highly recommend a housing description booklet to use the light switches, many control outlets. Many of the amenities were out of order upon arrival (vent hood lights, jet tub drain and hose, etc). Very comfortable, overall, these knit pick comments are only noticeable because the rest of the stay was clean and served is intended purpose. Fix the minor issues and this would easily rate 4 stars.

We are a blended (his/hers) family and our kids are now all adults with significant others. Our family of 11 stayed here quite comfortably! The arrangement of the bathrooms and bedrooms really lends itself well for multiple adult couples. With a pool table, ping pong table, outdoor corn hole game, lovely backyard with a pool (pool is not heated), large dining table perfect for card games we were never bored! The location was perfect for us; close to the airport, shopping, & freeways! The neighborhood was great and we had fun walking it to look at Christmas lights. The 11th bed is the living room sectional. If you need this as a bed I recommend contacting the host beforehand to let them know you will need bedding for this. We would book here again!

This house is AMAZING! The house was clean and comfortable! Between the pool, pool table, ping pong, we never were board and making all around great memories. Would recommend and will come back.

The property housed 9 of us comfortably. We were 3 families that travelled from Canada for our kids to play baseball. (the ball players stayed at the hotel with their team) The younger siblings enjoyed the pool table as the outdoor pool was way too cold for anyone to enjoy. (heated option would be nice). Cornhole was fun! Kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped with all our daily needs. We felt safe walking and exploring the neighborhood. The outdoor patio area was lovely for morning coffee. The drier didn't work - it ran but no heat came out and we tried multiple settings. On our last day at the house, our lock code didn't work - we were all locked out of the house after the Diamondbacks game. Took us about 45 min to get things resolved via text to ?home owner/VRBO rep to get us into the house which was a bit stressful especially since we needed to get in and pack up to leave early the following morning. Overall our stay was good here and we would recommend it to others.

The house/property were very clean and the appliances and furniture were like new. The space was very roomy and comfortable for a party of 4. The mattresses and bedding we’re comfortable. The pool table, ping pong table and cornhole were all in condition. The negatives: 1. Master bath shower was worked on briefly during our stay, but water flow was still low and water temperature still not hot. 2. The ice maker does not work (learned that it has not worked since installed).

The hot water does not work at all in the master shower and the water pressure is generously described as a trickle. On a positive note, the jacuzzi tub has hot water. BUT…the hand held wand to wash your hair doesn’t work. This meant my parents over the age of 80 had to walk upstairs to use the other bathroom. Night one, 2 out of 8 people got a hot shower. 2 got a warm/cool shower and 4 didn’t get to bathe at all. This after a full travel day. There are two AC/heating systems, BUT…it took all day to get the house heated to 67 to sleep at night (the downstairs was set to 72 and upstairs was set at 70). Neither evening was the house where we wanted it. 2 individuals complained about the coldness of the house. There are several electrical issues. Various outlets just couldn’t handle charging an Apple Watch or iPad. There were 4 lightbulbs that had to be loosened because they “strobed.” The dryer is new and pretty and shiny. After 3 hours of drying on various settings, we almost had them dry. We were in town for a 3-day baseball event and uniforms had to be washed nightly. Renter beware…it’s beautiful, BUT! There are really important things that are needed ti be comfortable on vacay…temp of house, ability for people to bathe, clothes to be washed and dried properly, devices to be charged. One supervisor did show up at the house and admitted a number of problems, but stated that the house passed inspection. He did state that the shower needed to be fixed. When I texted him with a follow up question about when it might be looked at so I could let my parents know, I was completely ghosted. My elderly parents who have no business climbing upstairs or in and out of a jacuzzi tub, dealt with safety issues all 3 nights we were there. That’s the house. Communication with their office was a nightmare. The first house we rented got sold, which we found out about less than a week before our trip. They actually did a great job of getting us into a new house (this one) really quickly. Whew! Issue averted and we were set to go. Then…2 days before I received notification that they needed to do a criminal background check. No problem. I called and gave them my info. The night before our 6:0” am flight, I called to find out if they had a blowdryer because their site was down. I was told that she couldn’t give me that info without a criminal background check. I told her that I gave the info previously. She said it wasn’t done and couldn’t tell me anything about the house…including the hairdryer status, without it. I told her that I already had the codes, addresses, etc. again…no go without check. So she CONFIRMS the info I gave them previously for the check. I confirmed that she had my email address so she could let me know about blowdryer after the check came back. I’m still waiting on that email. By the way…we checked out this morning. No blowdryer. So I go back to…it’s beautiful…BUT. I would make sure these issues have been addressed.
