Great area, basketball court close by. Walking distance from many restaurants, trails, and shuttles.

The condo location is great providing both a quiet atmosphere and easy access to hiking areas.

Nice place to stay for a vacation. Very quiet and comfortable area. Everything was tidy and clean. No problems whatsoever.

Great place to stay

Bathroom sink was completely clogged when we used sink. Husband pressed down on drain with cloth, large amount of black crap came pouring out of drain. He cleaned the sink and then small flies came out covering walls and tub, he killed majority of flies. Texted host which he said a plumber was contacted. We stayed for two nights with no assistance. So if you are staying in B103 enjoy the kitchen sink. Host did wish us a safe journey home with no good faith response to compensate our stay.

Good value just ten minutes from the action in Sedona. Well-supplied condo. Perfect for our needs. We appreciated the free washer and dryer. Wish the water in the pool was warmer.

Price is affordable, we enjoyed staying with my family and it’s very clean . Thank you

We had such a wonderful time staying here in Sedona. The process of checkin couldn’t have gone any smoother. This lovely condo had everything we needed to relax after a long day sightseeing.

The apartment was absolutely spotless, nicely decorated and well organized. The host provided a welcome basket with some sweet treats, which was a lovely surprise after really long drive. Wonderful place in perfect location, I highly recommend!!

We had a great vacation. Great condo in a great location. We enjoyed all of the trails locally. The shops and dining around Sedona were great. We will definitively stay here again when back in Sedona. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!

Our stay was fantastic. Check-in was a breeze and the unit was well appointed for a family of five. We had to utilize the couch in the queen configuration and ended up putting two kids on that each night. The two other beds were very comfortable. Adults would find the couch to queen bed acceptable, but this is best reserved for young kids or teenagers. The kitchen had almost everything we could think of needing and the host has already purchased our additional recommendations. Anthony was very attentive and made sure we had an excellent stay. The location is perfect if the goal is to be able to quickly get to popular hikes and be close to amazing restaurants. As an added bonus, a well appointed grocery store (Clark’s Market) has all groceries you could need and is a two minute drive. There is also a gas station within walking distance for a quick treat stop (ice cream, shushies and candy bars galore). This unit is within eye sight of the pool and on the ground level so it’s the perfect unit for families looking to utilize those facilities. The access to a free washer and dryer was also a bonus because we had a lot of red dust stained laundry from all the hiking. Thank you for the great hospitality, Anthony! Sedona and Oak Creek did not disappoint.

Great location if you want to stay close to downtown Sedona that is not so busy. Nice quiet property with great pool. Only a few minutes from downtown. Close to some great hiking options. Liked our stay very much.

Easy access and lower level unit. Grocery and restaurants within in walking distance. It’s out of the the hustle and bustle of Sedona proper but close to Bell and Court House rocks.

This home was quiet, clean, and comfortable for our week-long stay. Laundry and (small) fitness room access was nice to have and we did use both. The neighborhood and building were quiet, the pool was clean and warm, and the ease of traveling to Sedona and all the local sites was perfect. One thing I'd take note of is that you might need a bit more kitchen/dining space if you plan to do more cooking than eating out. Overall, though, we definitely recommend staying here!

Great space, well stocked, easy to get in, very clean. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

The condo was very nice & met our expectations. Beds was comfortable & kitchen was nicely furnished. It was a little far out of town, but was convenient to all the trails & a grocery store was nearby. Our only disappointment was the laundry, because I waited until the night before checking out to do our clothes & washer was out of order. I had to drive across town to laundry mat. I would suggest you check it early. My husband was disappointed in the workout room.
