A modern two storey home with stunning ocean views, a short stroll to the local shops, restaurants, and shopping complex. This is truly your home away from home. Less than an hour's drive from Adelaide, the region is an eclectic mix of sandy beaches, history, heritage, art, and wildlife.
Fleurieu Peninsulas famous Cockle Train runs behind the property and can be viewed from the back balcony. The lights of Victor Harbor sparkle gloriously in the evening.

This idyllic and beautifullypresented holiday destination sleeps 8, suitable for a family or couple with 4 bedrooms, 2 living spaces and 2 bathrooms.

Upstairs includes a fully self-contained and well-equipped kitchen with all the conveniences of home, with dishwasher and induction stove top perfect for a home cooked meals with fresh ingredients from the local shops or the Victor Harbor Farmers Saturday Market.
The upstairs lounge area is ideal for curling up on those cold days to take in the sea view, whale watch or listen to the sea, sit back and relax with a Netflix show. You can choose to enjoy a cuppa on the balcony watching the Cockle Train running past sure to delight children and adults alike. Upstairs also has the Master bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite. Theres also an additional toilet for your convenience.

Downstairs we have the 3 remaining bedrooms with 2 queens, and a bunk bed, full bathroom including walk in shower, deep bath, and toilet. An additional TV with Wii games is in the downstairs lounge for your entertainment. There is a laundry with a washing machine and a separate dryer in the garage.

The home has ducted air-conditioning and heating throughout for your comfort plus ceiling fans in the living areas. On warmer days, open up the windows and let pleasant cool sea breeze blow through the house.

The backyard is fully fenced with an outdoor shower to use after your beach days.
There is a remote double lockup garage with internal access. Wifi is available in the house.

To eat out or enjoy coffee and cake, meander 2 minutes down the road to the Qahwa Espresso Bar and Beach Volleyball. Granite Island is a leisurely stroll from the house and guests should make the most of the mesmerising morning walk along the sand to Chiton Rocks.

The historic township of Victor Harbor is a 10-minute walk to enjoy the many shops, cafes and restaurants. Port Elliot approximately a 40-minute walk along the beach or a 10 minute ride on the bike track. Wineries, Food Trails, National Parks are all within short distances. Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.

    The location of the property is perfect, in a quieter pocket of Victor Harbour. Short walks to cafe and a stroll along the beach. The property was very clean and presentable. Plenty of space for a couple families. We would definitely return.
