Stunning Sea Pines Retreat with private pool and spa

Extra charge for heating pool and hot tub was too expensive. Home was clean and my dogs were happy with the house. All issues were addressed by Beach Properties in an efficient manner.

We loved the home arrangement, bright and open. The pool and spa were fantastic for late September. We paid the extra for a heated spa it was well worth it for those cool evenings. We brought our Bichon along and he enjoyed the ocean. The property was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay there again.

This home has it all and is in the perfect location within Sea Pines. Only a couple minutes from Harbour Town and South Beach. The fully fenced area around the pool was perfect for spending time outside with our dog and the screened porch allowed us to enjoy several meals outside but without the bugs. The home was very clean, and kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials. A+ island getaway.

The area was nice and we enjoyed our time at Hilton Head. We have been coming to Sea Pines for over 40 years and have a time share at Spice Bush. Location was nice and convenient to the beach and shopping. We enjoyed the screened in porch and we were able to use the pool a couple of times. Layout was good and beds were comfortable. The living room furniture was ok. However, there were a few issues with the rental -- 2nd bedroom's bathroom vanity drawer would not open, towel bar fell off. Main bedroom fan would speed up and slow down without changing the speed. Front bedroom had lights in the bathroom come on without us turnings on the switch. Kitchen needed to have better pans (that did not stick - ended up going to Walmart and buying pans) knives were not sharp (bought some at Walmart) and there were no potholders (bought those too). each time we used the oven (even just for heating it up - before we put anything in) it set off the fire alarm.

We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head! Our stay at this property was fantastic. The house was awesome, offering a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The ideal location and the onsite pool added extra value to our stay, making it even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property to others looking for a great vacation spot in Hilton Head. Very clean and spacious property with updated kitchen and baths. Comfortable beds. Great access to trails and beach in Sea Pines. Dog friendly. Wonderful to have a pool and spa at the house. Recommend highly. Property manager was attentive and left several messages with information with how to contact for any issues that could have arisen-but all went well. The Property management company also has a liaison with a beach gear and bike rental company with a $250 credit - extremely handy and convenient.

Process to rent property very easy.

My family stayed here for a week and loved it. The location was great, just a short bike ride away. We loved the pool and paid a little extra for the spa but it was totally worth it. We had trouble with the tv in the living room but wasn’t really an issue since we weren’t there to watch tv. The screened in porch was fantastic. We had a great week and would absolutely stay here again.
