Stunning Pool & Patio: Spacious Chandler Oasis!

This is a nice property that just missed the mark. It’s the house that almost was. This house comfortably sleeps 14 on mediocre mattresses. Such a large house poorly appointed. Not enough everything. Kitchen is supplied for a family of 8 with less than desirable accommodations. Very cheap pots and pans with little selection and the knives won’t cut butter. Great location and potential.

Enormously sized clean home. Plenty of natural light and an open floor plan ideal for a large family or group…

There were enough rooms to happily accommodate my family. The location was perfect and the amenities were great. Nice pool outside and a pool table inside satisfied all of us. We didn’t use the exercise equipment, but we appreciate the reminder. The communication with renter, answered every question in a very short time. No issues at all with this property. Great experience.

Owner was responsive, however, there was a smell in the basement as we arrived. Owner stated may have had previous sump pump issue...but, would have plumber go check out possible issue. Plumber quickly arrived, said no issues with pump found, so he placed some deodorizer in pump and odor disipated for most part of the remainder of the stay. Swimming pool appeared to have alge on floor and sides of it upon arrival. Owner was quick to respond but said the pool water was clean but, that it had been stained green in the past and the pool would need to be drained and acid washed to improve the appearance. Owner did send pool cleaning service, the next day (the 2nd of our 3 day stay). The appearance did not improve after the service. Overall...the home served it's purpose but, lacked the value for the advertised price. The interior appeared very lived in and routine maintenance did not seem up to par. The home did not have enough garbage bags for the trash that was required to be bagged during our stay (one in the can, in kitchen.) The owner directed me to go to the store, around the corner, and said it is difficult to know how many people might stay each visit. He also said there were other bags under sink..but, the bags were only regular grocery bags. My opinion is that if the home sleeps 18...that is what the expectation for garbage should be for a 3 day weekend stay. I would not consider the home again if we were looking to book a similar home in the future.

We rented this home for our high school baseball team to stay at with their coaches. We came down for a baseball tournament and this was the perfect respite from the hot sun and busyness. Our kids loved the pool and the spaciousness of this wonderful home. The host was communicative and helpful Every point of our stay, we will definitely be booking here again.

This is a big house that my sports team rented for an event around the valley. I would rent this again if we do next year's event. There were 7 of us and this house was a good fit for us due to its size and proximity to the freeway. The size of the house gave us each the ability to have our own space, which was nice. We did have a few minor issues, like no dishwasher soap, which the owner quickly responded to. In general, the owner was very nice and responsive. For us, it was a comfortable house, but I will highlight that out of the 7 beds, 2 are murphy beds, and the pull-out is a thin mattress.

This house was perfect. Very comfortable house with plenty of room for all. Fun pool table in basement. Kitchen is very large, and nice grill outside. Huge dining room table perfect for entertaining. The pool is beautiful and the backyard, has so much furniture plenty of room to sit. Very centrally located to lots of stores. Great park just down the street, and neighborhood is very safe. Would recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here with my hiking group and it was a lovely place! The cleaning crew missed a couple things but it was no big deal and the owner was a great communicator for anything we needed. Awesome place, thank you!

Good weekend with friends for a kids baseball tournament. The house was nice, in a good area.

We were a group of six football fans in town for a weekend of golf and football. This house worked out perfect for us.Dr. Bogash was very accommodating and easy to work with. The property was clean and included plenty of 'accessories (kitchen utensils, bathroom products, etc.). Although the landscaping and furnishings in the backyard pool and deck area could use a little updating, we still had a great time in the pool (water was crystal clear as it should be).The location lends itself to no traffic noise, the backyard is very private and there are grocery stores and restaurants nearby.If you need a six-bedroom house in the Phoenix area, I would have no issue recommending this one.

This was a great property tio stay at with in AZ. Clear, Bright and lots of room to enjoy!

Worked great as a stay for a wedding. Everyone enjoyed the pool.
