Stunning Pool Home With Spa, Themed Rooms, Close To WDW

The place was just ok, I wouldn't stay at this villa again. The floors could have been cleaner, cereal in the kitchen, pieces of weed eater plastic in the hallway. Quite dusty overall, exterior pool area had spider webs everywhere including the chairs, dead worms on patio. I used the washing machine frequently and the darks had more lint on them after washing? I've never had that at home.I think the over abundance of signage everywhere is displeasing. The inside kitchen cupboards note the numbers of every glass, cup, mug, plate, etc. on the edge of the shelf.Some of the facecloths are rag ready.The bedroom that has direct pool access has no bedside tables or lamps (no room because the king bed takes all the space), just the ceiling fan light. The bathroom shower faucet and shower head are horrible corroded and need replacing. No place in the shower to put shampoo or anything except the floor. One towel bar near the tub wall that is not easy to use unless you stand in the tub. The bath could use more hooks or towel bars.We paid for the pool to be heated as we rented the villa for 3 weeks and it was not worth the extra fee. It just doesn't make sense to have the pool heater on only during the day, the pool temps drop significantly (in March) overnight & the pool heater works all day to bring the temps back up. Pretty sure you are wasting money heating this way. We have a concrete inground pool in Canada and the heater can run 24hrs to reach the set temperature.

Clean property. The beds are really not comfortable. The thermostat is set at 72 and will not go any lower. The Hot Tub is not hot. It never was more than Luke warm. We paid the extra fee daily for heated pool/ spa and it was still never warm enough to be enjoyable.

The house was nice but there are a few issues to contend with. First of all and this isn’t the property owners fault, but AT&T cell reception is -0- here. I mean worse than bad. A guest shower had quite a bit of hair on the drain, the TV in the master bedroom can be turned on by the remote and nothing else. Hope you like the show Moesha because that’s all you can watch in the master. The pool & hottub heat wasn’t turned on until after we arrived late evening even though I’d requested that twice in our correspondence. They did waive the fee for the first day but it takes 24-48 hours to warm up. Fortunately, Orlando temps were 15 degrees above avg during our stay so we did get to enjoy the pool. Btw, the hot tub is not what you think. It’s not the ski resort/mountain retreat “hot” tub, instead it’s lukewarm bath water, so don’t expect to soothe those aching joints after 12 hours at Epcot. The ceiling fan & light in the master is haunted. The light mysteriously turned on at 3:00 am each night and the fan turned off simultaneously. I assume there’s a timer but we kept forgetting about until 3:00 am of course. Just an FYI - your not renting an individual’s home but instead dealing with a sizable realty company that own several rentals. Not that big a deal, but they operate like a big company in that I had to do a lot of extra work on the booking in advance only to arrive and be summoned to their office to do some of it a 2nd time. Easier check ins exist. It was a decent place.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa:) Check in was easy, home was easy to find and host were also easy to contact and responded quickly. Home was true to pictures and clean. It has been newly renovated. Good privacy in the back pool area. Lots of dishes, utensils and towels. New fridge and stove. Clearwater is a little further of a drive in respect to the parks. Not by much though I would potentially stay there again. I would recommend to family and friends.

Thank you. We truly enjoyed your absolutely fabulous home. Our family loved that it was modern with well done themed rooms. We were able to relax and have a fantastic time together. My granddaughter did not want to leave. ? She loved every minute in the pool and her room was perfect. The house was immaculate, very comfortable, stocked with more than what we needed and beautifully designed. Property Manager even called to check on us to see if there was anything we needed.
