The house was great space for family of 9 (Grandpa & grandma, 4 parents and 3 grandchildren) House was stunning, with spectacular views from nearly every room. Great access to beach. Pool was perfect for July stay.

Nice beach home with a beautiful view and great pool. We loved our stay. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We didn’t want to leave.

This home was wonderful. Our family of 11 plus one dog stayed for a week. The walk to the beach is short and picturesque. The pool was warm and inviting and it was conveniently located to many amenities. The best was waking up and seeing the ocean from the bedroom windows. The company was easy to work with throughout the trip.

I have been traveling to North and South Carolina beaches for over 20 years with my extended family and it has been very difficult to find a home that met all of our needs /wants which include pets,pool,and an oceanfront location! This home met all of our needs and then some! The home is spacious yet cozy. The huge windows in the living room allow you to take in the stunning view of the ocean! The owners were so kind and came to replace a pool chair that we hadn’t even noticed was damaged. You can tell they take great care of their property and wanted to be sure we were comfortable. We Will definitely book again!!

Home was advertised spot on, beautiful home and surrounding area. Could hear the waves, saw many animals in the back yard. Had a great visit with family!

Pros - House was even better than the photos online! We got lucky and the pool was heated from the prior renters. Clean house, incredible value, fantastic location, and plenty of space for 12 people. Cons- We did have several unexpected guests throughout the day - property manager stopped by with no prior notice. And then two men from a hardware store came by to replace the grill and kept watching us from the balcony and asked for us to get them tools. My friends and I felt uncomfortable having strangers watching us in the pool (they took way longer than they needed to) when we thought we’d have the place to ourselves. In the future, it’d make sense to schedule repairs for when guests aren’t present or atleast coordinate a time to respect their privacy. Aside from that, would recommend!

After many years happily using VRBO and being able to be directly in touch with the owner, I was unhappy and dissatisfied with having VACASA block me from communicating with the owner. Had I known VACASA was who I had to deal with and that they would not relay any messages to the owner I would not have chosen this property. I will say that aside from blocking contact with the owner, VACASA did an excellent job of communicating and managing This rental.

This home was such an incredible find for our weekend getaway. We had so much space and room to maneuver, wonderful beach walks, and good nights sleep. The property was beautifully appointed and maintained. The management was prompt and answered all questions quickly. We will be back!

We absolutely enjoyed everything about this home! The location, amenities and proximity to the beach. Such a lovely home for 4 high school girl friends to get together and celebrate our 60th birthdays! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. We came from SC, NC and as far away as Texas to catch up and share our dear friendships…we sat by the ocean, pool, on the deck, by the gorgeous tabby fireplace reminiscing and catching each other up with our current families. We appreciate you hosting this extra special time for us! ~Teresa

This house is located within 10min of anything you would ever need. Private beach trail adjacent to the house was nice not to have to pack everything up.

We did like this house and location! There were only two of us plus one dog, but we actually sent her to South Paws for two nights so really it was just two of us. We didn’t use the upstairs at all but there were three bedrooms and two baths up there. Two of those bedrooms had spectacular views! The main floor gave us plenty of room. The back deck is huge with different seating areas if people need their privacy. The pool area is very nice and it’s private. Walkway to the beach is right beside the house. We opted to walk just down the street to the public beach walkway since it was way smoother. If you have beach equipment, this is the way to go! This house would be perfect for a large family or even two families sharing. I appreciated the notes on the light switches so I knew which lights to use! My husband booked this house as a belated birthday gift for me. He made a great choice!!

The property was all that we had hoped that it would be. Perfect location, just the right space, and all of the amenities we had hoped for.

This home was gorgeous, with a beautiful open floor plan, well sized bedrooms and great access to the beach. We loved coffee on the deck with ocean views and eating outside on the deck with ocean breezes. We saw deer, hummingbirds and bunnies every day! The forested location on a quiet street was the perfect mix of relaxing and proximity to the hhi activities we wanted. We loved the other outdoor spaces, with places for our dog to roam and play, excellent deck space and a pool the kids loved. The kids enjoyed movie nights with the smart tv downstairs. Just a few other thoughts/comments: we like to cook as a family and pots and pans could use an update as they didn’t heat evenly, the knives weren’t very sharp, and the grill was completely out of propane and we had to delay our dinner plans to go get that swapped out. There were a bunch of anthills around the pool and we had to pay attention as a few kids got bitten. The pool surface is stone and a bit rough and all the kids ended up scraped up. Some of our family didn’t like the very firm mattresses. There are also a lot of notes/details in the binders and posted around the home, which added some anxiety to our stay as we made sure we followed all the rules, although most seemed to be common sense! Overall this house was wonderful, and was great for our family. I’d definitely recommend it to other families with young children! We would to book it again the next time we vacation in hhi!

Truly enjoyed our week here with our family! So convenient to the beach and so nice to have the pool at the house! And loved that it did not have bunk beds for our little ones!! No worries about falling out of bed! :)

We loved our stay! The house had plenty of room for a large group with a large kitchen and dining area. We spent most of our stay out on the deck, enjoying the view of the ocean and pool. I do recommend bringing extra paper towels and trash bags. Not many were provided.
